POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A power transmission device of the present invention is a power transmission device for a vehicle, including: a generator configured to be driven by power of an internal combustion engine; a travel motor configured to be driven by electric power generated by the generator and to drive a drive wheels; and the drive wheels configured to be driven by the power of the internal combustion engine or power of the travel motor. The power transmission device includes: a first power transmission path configured to transmit power between the travel motor and the drive wheels; and a first clutch mechanism configured to allow or interrupt power transmission through the first power transmission path.
Power Transmission Device For Hybrid Vehicle
A power transmission device for a hybrid vehicle has a first clutch device (1a) disposed in a drivetrain between an engine (E) and a driving wheel (D). A second clutch device (1b) disposed in a drivetrain extends from a motor (M) to the driving wheel (D). The oil pump (P), connected to the motor (M), supplies oil to a predetermined moving component disposed in the vehicle by using driving power of the motor (M). A transmission (A) is disposed in a drivetrain between the engine (E) and the motor (M) and the driving wheel (D). The transmission adjusts rotation speed of the motor (M). The power transmission device supplying oil by causing the motor (M) to rotate the oil pump (P) at an appropriate rotation speed.
Electric driveline and method of shifting gears
An electric driveline comprising an electric drive motor and a transmission, and a method of shifting gears therefor. The transmission comprises an output shaft, a synchronizer, preferably a hydraulically actuatable synchronizer, for selectively drivingly engaging the electric drive motor with the output shaft via either one of a first gear providing a first gear ratio γ.sub.1 between the electric drive motor and the output shaft, and a second gear providing a second gear ratio γ.sub.2 between the electric drive motor and the output shaft, and an electronic shift controller for controlling a gear shift from the first gear to the second gear. The electronic shift controller is configured to actuate the synchronizer to disengage the first gear and to engage the second gear, and to synchronize a motor speed of the electric drive motor with a target speed.
CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS OF HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A control method and apparatus of a hybrid vehicle are provided. The control method includes determining whether the speed of a motor exceeds a first threshold value, when supply of power to a battery is cut off and thus the hybrid vehicle is driven by an engine. The speed is then adjusted to be the first threshold value or less, when the speed exceeds the first threshold value.
Vehicle control device
A vehicle control device includes an identifier identifying a vehicle speed of a vehicle having a driving motor, based on a rotation speed of a power transmission shaft, and a controller controlling operation of the driving motor. The controller can switch between a normal mode of controlling acceleration/deceleration in accordance with a driver's acceleration/deceleration operation, and a cruise control mode of maintaining the vehicle speed at a target speed without being dependent on the acceleration/deceleration operation. During the cruise control mode, the controller calculates a torque command value for the driving motor by using proportional control based on a deviation between the vehicle speed and the target speed. If a prediction indicates that torsion in the shaft is to be released, the controller adjusts the torque command value such that an absolute value of torque of a proportional-control component is smaller than when the torsion is not to be released.
Drive unit for a hybrid vehicle and method for operating the same
A drive unit for a hybrid vehicle includes a drive assembly with an internal combustion engine and an electric motor, and a transmission featuring several sub-transmissions shifting between the drive assembly and an output. Through a planetary transmission, the electric motor is coupled to an input shaft of a first sub-transmission and an input shaft of a second sub-transmission. Through a separating clutch, the internal combustion engine is to the input shaft of the first sub-transmission and, if the separating clutch is locked, is coupled to the same element of the planetary transmission as the input shaft of the first sub-transmission. A bypass shift element works with the planetary transmission such that, with a locked bypass shift element, a torque-proof connection between the electric motor, the input shaft of the first sub-transmission and the input shaft of the second sub-transmission exist, while, with an open bypass shift element, this torque-proof connection between the electric motor and the two input shafts of the two sub-transmissions does not exist. The separating clutch is formed as a frictional-locking or positive-locking separating clutch, and the bypass shift element is formed as a frictional-locking bypass shift element.
Construction machine
A construction machine includes an engine, a load estimation unit that estimates a pump power absorption, a regeneration/powering power demand calculation unit that calculates a regeneration/powering power demand according to a state of charge in an electrical storage device, an engine power demand calculation unit that calculates an engine power demand based on the power absorption and regeneration/powering power demand, and a motor generator control unit that performs rotational speed control or torque control. The control unit includes a control switching unit that switches the rotational speed and the torque control according to the engine power demand and the rotational speed of the engine. The control switching unit switches from the torque control to the rotational speed control when during performance of the torque control, the engine power demand increases and the rotational speed of the engine becomes lower than a predetermined rotational speed.
Motor speed control method and system for improving performance of running resistance evaluation
A motor speed control method and system for improving the performance of a running resistance evaluation of a hybrid electric vehicle are provided. The method includes determining whether a vehicle satisfies a running resistance evaluation start condition. When the vehicle satisfies the running resistance evaluation start condition, the speed of a motor is adjusted, which adjusts an input speed of a transmission to be equal to an output speed of the transmission. A speed adjustment of the motor is then completed using the speed of the motor and the output speed of the transmission.
