A system for controlling turning of vehicle may include a steering angle detection sensor; a front inner wheel speed detection sensor detecting a front inner wheel speed; a front outer wheel speed detection sensor detecting a front outer wheel speed; a rear outer wheel speed detection sensor detecting a rear outer wheel speed based on a turning direction; and a braking controller receiving detection signal of the steering angle detection sensor to determine that the vehicle turns, estimating the rear inner wheel speed in the turning direction based on detection signals of the front inner wheel speed detection sensor and the front outer wheel speed detection sensor and detection signal of the rear outer wheel speed detection sensor, and executing a mode for decreasing the estimated speed as compared to the rear outer wheel speed, as a control mode for reducing a minimum rotation radius at the time of turning.

The present invention obtains a controller and a control method capable of achieving appropriate cornering during adaptive cruise control of a straddle-type vehicle.
In the controller and the control method according to the present invention, during the adaptive cruise control in which the straddle-type vehicle is made to travel according to a distance from the straddle-type vehicle to a preceding vehicle, motion of the straddle-type vehicle, and a driver's instruction, at least one of braking force distribution, which is distribution of braking forces generated on wheels of the straddle-type vehicle to the front and rear wheels, and drive power distribution, which is distribution of drive power transmitted to the wheels of the straddle-type vehicle to the front and rear wheels, is controlled on the basis of lateral acceleration of the straddle-type vehicle.

The controller transmits, to the vehicle, the selected parameter set to control a setting of the one or more adjustable elements of the vehicle.
BRAKE CONTROL DEVICE FOR VEHICLES
A brake control device is applied to a vehicle including a regenerative generator. The brake control device includes a pressure adjustment unit that includes an electric pump and a pressure adjustment valve, and that adjusts adjustment liquid pressure of a pressure adjustment fluid path between the electric pump and the pressure adjustment valve; and a controller that controls the electric pump and the pressure adjustment valve. The controller, before starting a replacement operation to replace a regenerative braking force by the regenerative generator with a friction braking force by the adjustment liquid pressure, performs preceding pressurization to increase the adjustment liquid pressure from “0” and maintain the adjustment liquid pressure at predetermined liquid pressure, and after performing the preceding pressurization, increases the adjustment liquid pressure more than the predetermined liquid pressure by increasing a rotation speed of the electric pump, and then execute the replacement operation.

A collision avoidance support device comprises target detection unit, target type determination unit, relative position determination unit, target track prediction unit, and vehicle track prediction unit, obstacle determination unit. The vehicle track prediction unit is configured to enlarge said width of a vehicle predicted track compared with a case where an enlargement condition is not satisfied when the enlargement condition is satisfied. The enlargement condition is satisfied when the relative position determination unit detects that a target determined to be a pedestrian by the target type determination unit is positioned on a travel lane at least once.

A brake controller operates PTC when an obstacle sensor detects an obstacle ahead, a vehicle speed sensor detects a vehicle speed equal to or lower than a predetermined vehicle speed, and an operation of an accelerator pedal equal to or greater than a predetermined depression amount is detected. When detection of the obstacle ahead is lost while the PTC is operating and the PTC is to be cancelled, the brake controller operates a power limiting control if a depression operation of the accelerator pedal is detected. The power limiting control limits an engine power to cause acceleration to be lower than a requested acceleration corresponding to a depression amount of the accelerator pedal.

The vehicle control apparatus outputs a signal regarding a steering correction torque for correcting a steering torque according to a behavior of the vehicle to a steering force controller. The signal regarding the steering correction torque is acquired based on a vehicle-body slip angle of the vehicle and the target braking/driving force.

An anti-rollover apparatus and control method for heavy-duty vehicles with a pneumatic brake system includes an anti-yaw module, an anti-roll module, an electronic control unit (ECU) (10), a yaw velocity sensor (12), and a vehicle roll angle sensor (18). The ECU (10) controls solenoid valves (4, 9, 11, 19, and 24) to achieve braking of part of wheels to obtain anti-yaw torques and improve the yaw stability of the heavy-duty vehicles. The ECU (10) controls gas switch valves (21 and 22) to spray high-pressure gases recovered in brake chambers (1, 13, 16, and 26) out, anti-roll torques are obtained through the jet reactive force, and the roll stability of the heavy-duty vehicles is improved.
