In an aspect, an apparatus is provided and includes an air-tight object having an outer layer, an inner layer, and a cover, and a light module. The opacity of the outer layer is greater than the opacity of the inner layer. The outer layer defines a first aperture and a second aperture. The inner layer and the cover define a first interior region. The inner layer defines a second interior region. The light module is encapsulated within the first interior region and is configured to send light through the inner layer, through the second interior region of the air-tight object, and through the second aperture of the outer layer, wherein the cover is disposed between the light module and the outer layer.
Golf ball
Golf balls including at least one modified dimple group are disclosed. The modified dimple group comprises one or more modified dimples forming an axially symmetric pattern about a Correction Area Centroid located on an axis of symmetry at a latitude greater than 0, where 0 represents the hemispherical pole and 90 represents the equator. The modified dimples can be altered, for example, by changing dimple coverage, dimple diameter, dimple depth, dimple edge angle, dimple volume, dimple cross-sectional shape, and/or dimple plan shape. Optionally, the dimples have a catenary cross-sectional shape and the modified dimples are altered by changing the shape factor and/or chord depth. Such modifications preferably produce a golf ball that flies more consistently regardless of orientation when struck than a corresponding golf ball without such modifications.
COMPOSITE BALL WITH HIGH WEAR RESISTANCE AND WATERPROOFNESS
The present invention provides a composite ball with high wear resistance and waterproofness, which comprises a bladder layer, an attached sheet layer, and a protective layer, the bladder layer comprises a solid ball filled with an elastic material, the attached sheet layer comprises an upper attached sheet layer and a lower attached sheet layer, and the attached external surfaces of the upper attached sheet layer and the lower attached sheet layer are also covered by the protective layer which is molded by injecting the elastic material. As the present invention adopts the injection molding method to form the protective layer on the surface of the attached sheet layer, the present invention has special waterproof and wear-resisting properties in comparison with conventional balls.

A leather-adhered baseball/softball, comprises a ball core, and a wrapping layer formed over the ball core by a mold, wherein the mold is engraved with raised lines of baseball/softball stitches, such that the molded wrapping layer has a raised baseball/softball stitch guide; the baseball/softball stitch guide is used to align a ball leather, such that the ball leather is aligned and adhered onto the wrapping layer except the baseball/softball stitch guide by an adhesive, so as to form a baseball/softball cover having the baseball/softball stitch guide; or the ball leather is aligned and molded on the wrapping layer except the baseball/softball stitch guide by a mold from a formulated leather raw material, so as to form a baseball/softball cover having the baseball/softball stitch guide. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing a leather-adhered baseball/softball.

Golf ball
An object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball exhibiting good shot feeling and excellent resilience. The present invention provides a golf ball comprising a spherical core and one or more cover layers disposed outside the spherical core, wherein at least one layer of the cover layers contains: (A) a base resin containing (a-1) an ionomer resin and having a material hardness of 59 or more in Shore D hardness; and (B) a polyrotaxane having a cyclodextrin with at least a part of hydroxyl groups of the cyclodextrin being modified with a caprolactone chain via OC.sub.3H.sub.6O group, a linear molecule piercing through a cyclic structure of the cyclodextrin, and blocking groups located at both terminals of the linear molecule to prevent disassociation of the cyclodextrin.

An object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball having excellent shot feeling and resilience as well as improved durability and abrasion resistance. The present invention provides a golf ball comprising a spherical core and one or more cover layers disposed outside the spherical core, wherein at least one layer of the cover layers contains: (A) a base resin containing (a-1) an ionomer resin and having a material hardness of 58 or less in Shore D hardness; and (B) a polyrotaxane having a cyclodextrin with at least a part of hydroxyl groups thereof being modified with a caprolactone chain via OC.sub.3H.sub.6O group, a linear molecule piercing through a cyclic structure of the cyclodextrin, and blocking groups located at both terminals of the linear molecule to prevent disassociation of the cyclodextrin.
