INFLATABLE BALL
An inflatable ball includes an inner bladder, an inflation valve, and a seamless outer foam layer. The inner bladder is formed with an air inflatable space. The inflation valve is disposed in the inner bladder for introducing gas into the air inflatable space. The seamless outer foam layer is molded over and encloses the inner bladder, and has a through hole in fluid communication with the inflation valve.
BASKETBALL
A basketball may include a single integrally formed unitary body having a first layer comprising an inner lattice, second layer having an outer lattice and surface strips, and radial beams interconnecting the first layer and the second layer.
GAME BALL HAVING A REDUCED MOMENT OF INERTIA
A game ball configured for organized, competitive play and having a total mass. The game ball includes an inflatable bladder, a layer of reinforcing material surrounding the bladder, an elastomeric layer surrounding the bladder, and a plurality of cover panels positioned over the layer of reinforcing material and the elastomeric layer. The bladder has a bladder mass that is greater than 25 percent of the total mass. The elastomeric layer and the layer of reinforcing material have a collective mass that is less than 55 percent of the total mass. The game ball is formed without one or more of electronics, batteries and charging coils.
Sport ball casing with thermoplastic reinforcing material
A method of manufacturing a sport ball includes providing a plurality of casing panels including a first panel and a second panel. The first panel has a first surface and an opposite second surface. The first panel includes a first flange area forming a first edge portion of the first panel. The second panel has a third surface and an opposite fourth surface. The second panel includes a second flange area forming a second edge portion of the second panel. The method includes turning the first flange area away from the first surface of the first panel, turning the second flange area away from the third surface of the second panel, abutting the first flange area and the second flange area, and joining the first panel to the second panel.

Type two-layer leak-proof ball and manufacturing method thereof
A two-layer leak-proof ball comprises a sheath layer (1), an intermediate body layer (2), a winding yarn layer (3), an inner body layer (4) and a two-layer protective layer (5). The intermediate body layer (2), the winding yarn layer (3), the inner body layer (4) and the two-layer protective layer (5) are tightly set successively at the inside of the sheath layer (1). Also disclosed is the manufacturing method of the two-layer protective layer (5) of the two-layer leak-proof ball. High air-sealed bromide butyl mucilage is injected at the inside of the inner body layer (4), and vulcanized at low temperature, thus a glue film is formed at the inner wall of the inner body layer (4). The inner bag of the two-layer leak-proof ball has high tightness and long service life.

PANEL FOR A BALL
Methods for manufacturing a panel for a ball, in particular for a soccer ball, as well as panels manufactured by these methods and balls with such panels. A method comprises the following steps: providing a carrier material having an outer side and an inner side within a mold having at least one first and at least one second mold part. Three-dimensionally molding an outer layer of the panel on the outer side of the carrier material within the mold. Three-dimensionally molding an inner layer of the panel on the inner side of the carrier material using at least the first mold part.
Basketball having a reduced moment of inertia
A basketball configured for organized, competitive play and having a total mass. The basketball includes an inflatable, generally spherical bladder, a set of winding surrounding the bladder, an elastomeric layer surrounding the set of windings and the bladder, and a plurality of cover panels positioned over the elastomeric layer. The bladder has a bladder mass that is greater than 25 percent of the total mass. The elastomeric layer and the set of windings have a collective mass that is less than 55 percent of the total mass.
Sportsball with Sculptural Ball Surface
A sportsball includes a ball body having a valve stem formed thereat, a plurality of cover panels overlappedly coupled on the ball body to form a ball carcass for enclosing the ball body therein, and a sculptural arrangement having a plurality of sculptural bumps integrally formed on an outer panel surface of one of the cover panels that create maximum grip and speed of the sportsball, wherein the sculptural bumps are raised above the outer panel surface of the cover panel without applying a depression force to indent on the outer panel surface of the cover panel.
