Disclosed is a composition for applying a clear or translucent emissive coating on an aluminum containing surface. The composition includes, in a dispersion, 50 to 300 g/l of at least one of clear or translucent organic polymeric substances of a binder, and 30 to 300 g/l of sheet silicate pigments having a TE value for the thermal emissivity of at least 0.40, having a particle size distribution of which d.sub.50 is in the range of 0.3 to 80 μm and having been comminuted, disintegrated, exfoliated or any combination of these to thin particles. The composition additionally includes the reaction product of at least one aminefunctionalized organosilane and/or oligomer and/or polymer thereof and at least one fatty acid. The molar ratio of the amino group/s of the at least one aminefunctionalized organosilane and/or oligomer and/or polymer thereof and of the at least one fatty acid is 1.2:1 to 1:2.

Drying the filtered coated particles, obtaining dried coated particles, and calcining the dried coated particles to form the copper oxide coated particles.

A structured material is provided that includes a substrate and a porous structured polymer layer disposed thereon. The porous structured polymer layer includes a plurality of voids, and has a high hemispherical reflectance a high a hemispherical thermal emittance. The structured material is thus particularly advantageous for cool-roof coatings, enabling surfaces coated by the material to stay cool, even under strong sunlight. The material can be produced via structuring of polymers in a mixture including a solvent and a non-solvent. Sequential evaporation of the solvent and the non-solvent provide a polymer layer with the plurality of voids.

The present invention discloses a preparation method for a surface molding film of a PVC-based stone plastic composite board, including: surface activation treatment of the PVC-based stone plastic composite board: preparation of an activated putty, coarse roughening of a substrate surface, application and solidification of the activated putty, and fine roughening of the substrate surface; preparation of a PMMA slurry; and surface film forming of the PVC-based stone plastic composite board. The PVC-based stone plastic composite board coated with a PMMA film is obtained by cold pressing and shaping in a mold, tightening up a clamp, solidifying at low temperature, treating at high temperature, cooling and demolding. The PVC-based stone plastic composite board coated with the PMMA film prepared by the present invention can avoid the problems of large investment in production lines and equipment and high production costs involved in the production of floorboards by the conventional surface printing and surface laminating technologies, to partially replace composite floorboards, stone, acrylic panels, and curtain wall panels, etc. currently popular in the market, and provide a new path for the high additional utilization of waste.
