The present disclosure relates to a box having two chamfered corners. The box has a front and a back panel, two side panels and two corner panels. The box also has a top panel and a bottom panel. The top panel has two major flaps and two minor flaps with unique configuration which enables easy folding, closing and opening of the box.

The present invention relates to a box of one or more absorbent articles, the box comprising pairs of opposed side walls, pairs of opposed top flaps foldably connected to corresponding side walls, pairs of opposed bottom flaps foldably connected to corresponding side walls, and a weakened area defined by an external weakened line at one of first opposed side walls. The weakened area comprises a first section and a second section divided by an internal weakened line, and an adhesive tape having a tape width and a tape end, and covering adjacent edges of the second opposed top flaps to seal top of the box. The adhesive tape extends along a portion of the one of first opposed side walls in such a way that the adhesive tape covers part of the second section so as not to cover the internal weakened line.

A product container includes a first compartment, including a first-compartment first edge, a second compartment, including a second-compartment first edge, and a hinged connection extending between the first-compartment first edge and the second-compartment first edge. The second compartment is pivotable about the hinged connection relative to the first compartment to convert the product container between a closed state and an open state. In the closed state, the first compartment and the second compartment are in a stacked configuration. In the open state, the first compartment and the second compartment are in a side-by-side configuration.

A tray comprises a foldable sheet including: a bottom having a first sector with a folding line that defines a first joining zone, and a second sector joined to the first sector in the first joining zone; end walls each having an interior surface; support surfaces each extending from an end wall, where the support surfaces are oriented to support the weight of another stacked tray; first flaps each extending from a support surface, where each of the first flaps is folded towards an interior of the tray and having a surface facing and separated from the interior surface of an end wall; side walls; and a second flap extending from a side wall. The second flap is placeable a first position on a side wall for reinforcement and in a second position substantially perpendicular to the side walls to serve as a lid.

A carrier for packaging one or more articles, includes outer walls (12, 16, 18, 22a, 22b, 24a, 24b) which define an interior of the carrier. An intermediate wall (30a, 30b) at least partially segregates the interior of the carrier in a first direction. A partition structure (50a, 52a) divides the interior of the carrier in a second transverse direction. The partition structure is struck, at least in part, from one (16) of the outer walls. The partition structure is configured and arranged to be automatically erected in the interior of the carrier in response to unfolding a flat collapsed folded blank when the carrier is erected.

A method of forming a container from a blank of sheet material using a machine is provided. The method includes forming a corner wall by folding a first pair of a plurality of reinforcing panels inwardly towards a respective side panel and into face-to-face contact with a second pair of the plurality of reinforcing panels, rotating the side panels and end panels to be substantially perpendicular to a bottom panel such that an interior surface of at least one reinforcing panel of the plurality of reinforcing panels is in contact with an interior surface of the first side panel, and coupling at least one other reinforcing panel of the plurality of reinforcing panels to one of the end panels to form the container.

A tray comprises a base board portion, first to sixth side wall portions, and a first cupholder portion. The side wall portion extends vertically from the base board portion. Each of the two fifth side wall portions is extended from a side edge of the second side wall portion, bent vertically, and disposed so as to overlap and fixed with a part of the first or third side wall portion, forming first and second corners. Likewise, the two sixth side wall portions are provided. The first cupholder portion is disposed at the first corner between the first and second side wall portions, and comprises a horizontal cut-out over the second side wall portion and the fifth side wall portion, which is pushed inwards forming a cupholding space. A package including a carton and a plurality of articles. The carton can include a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of articles can be arranged in a plurality of rows of articles in the interior of the carton, the plurality of rows of articles can include at least a first row and a second row, and the first row can include at least one more article than the second row forming a void between a first article at an end of the first row and a second article at an end of the second row. A handle can include the first article at the end of the first row and a handle feature extending in the carton. The handle feature can be at least partially aligned with the void and can be proximate the first article.

Fastener-free packaging includes a plurality of main panels, each main panel comprising an upper panel, a central panel, and a lower panel; at least one attaching connection feature located on at least one lower panel; and at least one receiving connection feature located on at least one lower panel, wherein each lower panel is connected to at least two other lower panels by an attaching connection feature connecting to a receiving connection feature such that all lower panels are connected together thereby forming a bottom.
