In one aspect, a method of treating cancer in a mammal is provided. The method comprises administering to the mammal an oncolytic vector that expresses a tumour antigen to which the mammal has a pre-existing immunity. In another aspect, a method of boosting immune response in a mammal having a pre-existing immunity to an antigen is provided comprising intravenous administration to the mammal of a B-cell infecting vector that expresses the antigen.

CHIMERIC ANTIGEN RECEPTOR (CAR) WITH ANTIGEN BINDING DOMAINS TO THE T CELL RECEPTOR BETA CONSTANT REGION
20170334998 · 2017-11-23 ·

The present disclosure relates to a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) which comprises an antigen-binding domain which selectively binds TCR beta constant region 1 (TRBC1) or TRBC2; cells; such a T cells comprising such a CAR; and the use of such cells for the treatment of a T-cell lymphoma or leukaemia in a subject.

IgG Fc-IL2-Rα-IL2 fusions and methods of use thereof

The present disclosure relates to IL2 agonists with improved therapeutic profiles.

Exosome for stimulating T cell and pharmaceutical use thereof

The present invention relates to an exosome for stimulating T cells and the pharmaceutical use thereof. Immune exosomes secreted from artificial antigen-presenting cells which express HLA, CD32, and co-stimulatory molecules CD32, CD80, CD83, and 4-1BBL are used to stimulate naive CD8+ T cells whereby preventive and therapeutic effects on tumors, pathogen infections, or autoimmune diseases can be provided.

LONG PEPTIDES OF 22-45 AMINO ACID RESIDUES THAT INDUCE AND/OR ENHANCE ANTIGEN SPECIFIC IMMUNE RESPONSES

Epitopes derived from human papilloma virus and peptides having a size of about 22-45 amino acid residues comprising minimal T cell epitopes are disclosed. Also disclosed are clinically relevant approaches for immunizing subjects against (Myco) bacterially and/or virally infected cells or tumor cells. Peptide sequences of 22-35 amino acid residues in length can induce both peptide-specific CD8+ cytolytic cells and CD4+ T-helper cells. Moreover, vaccination with 22-35 residue long peptides results in a more vigorous CD8+ cytolytic T-cell response than vaccination with peptides of the exact minimal CTL epitope length. The intrinsic capacity of certain minimal CTL epitopes which instead of activating cytolytic effector cells tolerize these cytolytic cells, can be overcome by use of these 22-35 amino acid long peptides. Also disclosed are clinically relevant approaches for vaccination and/or treatment of subjects against HPV and methods and uses suited to treat subjects suffering from progressive lesions and/or cervical cancer.
