The outer insulating layer is peeled off at an end of the conductive wire material. A tip of the conductive wire material at the peeled portion of the outer insulating layer is joined by welding or crimping to form a joint portion. At least a portion other than the joint portion, in the conductive wire material at the peeled portion of the outer insulating layer, is varnished.
