System and method for digital evidence analysis and authentication
The system disclosed provides an efficient mechanism for acquiring email and other data from remote systems in a forensically sound manner. Email for users can be requested by investigators from email servers across the country. It is then be automatically acquired and made available to the examiner, subject to approval, and any others he deems have a need-to-know on a web based system. The data can be searched and bookmarked, and the bookmarks shared. Data can also be uploaded manually and combined with email data in the searching, bookmarking, and sharing.
Slider and history field for smart chat sessions
A context sensitive slider content area provides a slide out mechanism that is automatically actuated when additional information is needed during a chat session between an agent and a visitor, e.g. where a pre-chat and/or exit form is to be completed. The context sensitive slide out content area also provides problem resolution information to the visitor to help in solving problems, e.g. the top five problems; and also provides a self-service step-by-step wizard. A history section is provided with which the visitor can track back all previous steps carried out within the smart client. A history bar provides an iconic representation of all previous activities. A technique is also disclosed for executing various actions, such as form filling or requests for additional services, in a chat session.
Process for sending an electronic file to at least one contact of a user
Process for sending an electronic file to at least one contact (1) of a user (2), said process providing for the activation by said user of a sharing function, said process further providing for, upon said activation: parsing said electronic file for detecting information about said contact; checking in at least a contact directory the existence of an electronic address matching with said information; creating an electronic message (5) comprising at least said electronic file and said electronic address; sending said electronic message to said contact through said electronic address.
Monitoring and using telemetry data
Aspects of the disclosure relate to monitoring and using telemetry information in various ways. For example, a system that monitors telemetry information may include a user that gathers telemetry information of a device and transmits the information to a monitored room. A manager may join a monitored room and monitor the monitored room for particular types of telemetry information. In one example, a manager may determine whether a downstream device is experiencing a network problem, such as a low bitrate. A manager may also transmit commands to the player via the monitored room, which causes the downstream device to operate in accordance with the transmitted command. In one example, a manager may transmit a command that causes a player to decode a particular service.
Weather forecasts based on expected location
A computing system is described that can automatically provide weather forecast information to a user based on the user's expected future location. In some embodiments, the methods can include predicting a future location of a user and storing the future location in the memory, fetching weather forecast information associated with the future location of the user, and outputting, to a mobile device associated with the user, the weather forecast information associated with the future location of the user.
Virtual area communications
A virtual area has a spatial visualization and includes zones that are associated with respective geometric boundaries located in relation to the spatial visualization. Realtime data stream connections between sources and sinks of network nodes in the zones of the virtual area are administered to provide a wide variety of virtual area applications, including virtual area applications that implement spatial rules for one or more synchronous conferencing services (e.g., instant messaging, such as text chat, audio conferencing, video conferencing, application sharing, and file sharing).
Mobile communication terminal, communication method, and communication system
A mobile communication terminal used in a communication system in which audio based on an audio signal transmitted from a given mobile communication terminal having speaking rights is output from another mobile communication terminal, the given mobile communication terminal being selected by a server storing priority rank information indicating a priority rank pertaining to acquisition of the speaking rights for each of a plurality of mobile communication terminals, the mobile communication terminal including a rank signal receiver receiving, from the server, a priority rank signal based on the priority rank information stored by the server and indicating the priority rank for at least a subset of the mobile communication terminals and a display displaying a terminal priority rank based on the priority rank signal when the rank signal receiver receives the priority rank signal.
Real time communication method, terminal device, real time communication server and real time communication system
The present invention provides a real time communication method, a terminal device, an RTC server and an RTC system. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal, call request information that is sent by another terminal to the first terminal and forwarded by an RTC server and, where the call request information carries a unique identifier of a WEB-based RTC application of a terminal sending the call request information; and determining, by the first terminal, whether to accept a call request according to the unique identifier of the WEB RTC of the terminal sending the call request information, if yes, sending request information for opening the WEB-based RTC application to the RTC server, and after receiving information of the WEB-based RTC application returned by the RTC server, communicating, by using the WEB-based RTC application, with the terminal sending the call request information.
Predictive forwarding of notification data
A computing system is described that receives notification data associated with a user, and responsive to determining that the user is interacting with a first computing device at a first particular time, outputs, for transmission to the first computing device, the notification data. The computing system determines that the user is interacting with a second computing device at a second particular time, and responsive to determining, based on the second particular time being less than a threshold amount of time after the first particular time, that the user did not view the notification data at the first computing device, outputs, for transmission to the second computing device, the notification data.
Systems and methods for controlling email access
Disclosed are various examples for providing secure access to email resources. Email resources associated with client devices may be identified, and resource rules associated with the email resources may be identified. A determination of whether the email resources satisfy the resource rules may be made. If the email resources do not satisfy the resource rules, the email resources may be modified based at least in part on the resource rules
