Drain Mechanism for Camera Controller
A camera controller is configured to control a camera through voice commands. The camera controller includes drain mechanisms that allow the camera controller to be used in environments in which the camera controller is exposed to fluids. The camera controller device comprises a housing body with an outer surface including a first opening and a second opening. A first channel extends from the first opening into the housing body and to a cavity in which a microphone is located, enabling audio signals entering the first opening to be captured by the microphone. A membrane is located between the first channel and the microphone to create a waterproof seal over the microphone. A second channel extends from the first channel to the second opening to create a drain such that fluid entering from the first opening can flow from the first channel through the second channel and out the second opening.
Information processing apparatus capable of applying image processing based on evaluation results, image processing apparatus, and method of controlling the same
According to an aspect of the disclosure, an information processing apparatus comprising a communication circuit and a control circuit is provided. The control circuit transmits reduced image data of captured image data, to a first external apparatus through the communication circuit; receives, from the first external apparatus, a result of evaluation processing applied to the reduced image data; on the basis of the result of the evaluation processing, determines whether to apply image processing to the captured image data corresponding to the reduced image data, by a second external apparatus; transmits the captured image data that is determined to be applied the image processing, to the second external apparatus through the communication circuit; and receives, from the second external apparatus, a result of the image processing applied to the captured image data.
DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE
A method includes acquiring an image, acquiring display orders of a plurality of object data that respectively correspond to a plurality of reference objects based on correspondence information in which a reference object is associated with an object data that corresponds to the reference object and a display order of the object data, determining, among the plurality of object data, object data that corresponds to a display subject based on the display orders of the plurality of object data, executing a process that generates display information for displaying the object data that is the display subject, controlling a display to display the object data that is the display subject based on an execution result of the process, and performing the executing of the process for another object data, and the controlling of the display based on the another object data, the another object data being a next display subject.
Vehicular vision system
A vehicular vision system includes a camera, a distance sensor and a controller having at least one processor. Image data captured by the camera and sensor data captured by the distance sensor are processed at the controller. The controller, responsive to processing of captured image data and of captured sensor data, detects an object. The controller determines the distance to the detected object based at least in part on difference between the positions of the detected object in captured image data and in captured sensor data. The controller, responsive to processing of captured image data and of captured sensor data, and responsive to the determined distance to the detected object, determines that the detected object represents a collision risk. The controller alerts a driver of the vehicle of the collision risk and/or controls the vehicle to mitigate the collision risk.
Control device, control method, and computer program
A vehicle control system includes at least one imaging device attached to a vehicle and that captures multiple images, and a control circuit that generates a composite image from the multiple images and displays the composite image on a display unit. The vehicle is operated according to a user operation on a portion of the display unit on which the composite image is being displayed.
Camera module
A camera module is provided. The camera module includes a lens module having at least one lens; a housing, configured to accommodate the lens module; and a driving unit, disposed between the lens module and the housing, and including a magnet portion and a coil portion, wherein the coil portion is disposed to surround the magnet portion.
Display control apparatus, control method for controlling the same, and storage medium
A display control apparatus includes an acquisition unit configured to acquire information regarding a line of sight of a user toward a display unit visually checked by the user through a viewfinder and a control unit configured to display on the display unit an image indicating, in a screen of the display unit, an effective display region in which a display element for calibration of the information is displayed. The control unit performs control so that the effective display region is displayed on the display unit based on any of a plurality of display settings including a first display setting for displaying the effective display region in a first size and a second display setting for displaying the effective display region in a second size smaller than the first size.
System and method for image stitching
A system for stitching images together is disclosed. The images are sometimes referred to as frames, such as frames in a video sequence. The system comprises one or more imagers (e.g. cameras) that work in coordination with a matching amount of custom code modules. The system achieves image stitching using approximately one third the Field of View (FOV) of each imager (camera) and also by increasing the number of imagers to be above a predetermined threshold. The system displays these stitched images or frames on a computer monitor, either in a still-image context but also in a video-context. Normally these tasks would involve a great detail of computation, but the system achieves these effects while managing the computational load. In stitching the images together, it is sometimes necessary to introduce some image distortion (faceting) in the combined image. The system ensures no gaps in any captured view, and assists in achieving full situational awareness for a viewer.
COMPUTING DEVICE, METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR CAPTURE OF AN IMAGE
A computing device automatically determines when a user wishes to capture an image of an object in a scene via a camera of the computing device. In response, the computing device presents at a display screen an image of the scene together with an overlay template. The overlay template corresponds in shape to the object in the scene and is overlaid on the object in the scene when displayed at the display screen. The overlay template is not displayed at the display screen when the computing device does not determine that a user wishes to capture an image of an object in the scene.
