The present disclosure relates to a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display panel includes a plurality of pixel units. The pixel unit includes a red sub-pixel, a green sub-pixel and a blue sub-pixel. The red sub-pixel, the green sub-pixel and the blue sub-pixel each include a cathode, an electron transport layer, a quantum dot luminescent layer, a hole function layer and an anode that are stacked. The electron transport layer is made of Mg-doped ZnO nanoparticles, and a Mg doping concentration in the electron transport layer of the red sub-pixel, a Mg doping concentration in the electron transport layer of the green sub-pixel and a Mg doping concentration in the electron transport layer of the blue sub-pixel decrease successively.

Provided are a flexible OLED light-emitting module and a preparation therefor. The flexible OLED light-emitting module includes: a flexible substrate having a plurality of holes A, an OLED having a plurality of holes B, an encapsulation layer having a plurality of holes C, and an external circuit, where the holes A, B and C coincide to form through-holes penetrating the light-emitting module, and the OLED device has a common organic light-emitting layer. The new flexible OLED light-emitting module has good air permeability due to through-holes and thus can be used in various phototherapy devices so that the phototherapy devices not only have a large light-emitting area, but also have good air permeability and are suitable for long-term wearing. Further provided are a method for preparing the flexible OLED light-emitting module and a phototherapy device including the flexible OLED light-emitting module.

The encapsulation layer includes an organic layer that is in the stretching area and confined within an annular area surrounded by the blocking dam.
