The present disclosure relates to a display device comprising a spacer and a manufacturing method thereof. The display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a thin film transistor disposed on a substrate, a bank disposed on the thin film transistor, and a spacer structure assembly including at least two spacers disposed on the bank. A first separation distance between a first separator and a second separator, among the spacers, at a first area of the display device is different from a second separation distance between the first separator and the second separator at a second area of the display device.

DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a substrate, sub-pixels located on a side of the substrate and including light-modulating sub-pixels and non-light-modulating sub-pixels, and light-modulating structures located on sides of the sub-pixels facing away from the substrate. The light-modulating structure includes light-extracting portions and a high refractive index layer. A first distance L1 between the light-extracting portion and the light-modulating sub-pixel closest to the light-extracting portion and a second distance L2 between the light-extracting portion and the non-light-modulating sub-pixel closest to the light-extracting portion satisfy L1<L2. The high refractive index layer is located on sides of the light-extracting portions facing away from the substrate and covers the sub-pixels and the light-extracting portions, and the high refractive index layer has a greater refractive index than that of the light-extracting portion.

A light emitting display device includes: a flexible substrate including a display area and a peripheral area having a bending area. The display area includes: a plurality of inorganic layers; first and second organic layers that are disposed on the plurality of inorganic layers; a black pixel defining layer that is disposed on the second organic layer; and a spacer that is disposed on the black pixel defining layer. In the bending area, the plurality of inorganic layers include a first opening formed at a position corresponding to the bending area. The first opening is filled with the first organic layer, the second organic layer is disposed on the first organic layer, the black pixel defining layer includes a second opening at a position corresponding to the bending area, and the second opening is filled with an organic layer for the spacer, formed of a same material as the spacer.

A light emitting display device includes first and second pixel circuit portions, each having a transistor with a polycrystalline semiconductor and a transistor with an oxide semiconductor, and first and second light emitting diodes including first and second anodes connected with the first and second pixel circuit portions, respectively. An encapsulation layer covers the first and second pixel circuit portions and the first and second light emitting diodes. A light blocking layer includes first and second light blocking layer openings that are disposed on the encapsulation layer and overlap the first and second anodes, respectively. First and second color filters are disposed in the first and second light blocking layer openings, wherein first and second expansion portions corresponding to the first and second anodes are disposed in a first and second conductive layers disposed first down from the first anode and second down from the second anode, respectively.

The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes: a driver chip, a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, the driver chip is located in the peripheral area, the driver chip is close to a first side of the display area; the display substrate further includes: a cathode layer extending from the display area to the peripheral area; a cathode auxiliary layer extending from the display area to the peripheral area, and the cathode auxiliary layer is coupled to the cathode layer in the display area; a power line layer located in the peripheral area, the power line layer includes a first power line pattern, and the first power line pattern is close to the first side of the display area; the first power line pattern is coupled to the cathode auxiliary layer.

The disclosure provides an electronic device, including a display panel, an infrared light source, and an infrared cutoff layer. The display panel includes a display surface, a back surface opposite to the display surface, and a side surface connecting the display surface and the back surface. The infrared light source is disposed adjacent to the side surface of the display panel and is configured to emit infrared light. The display panel includes an overlapping region in which the infrared light source overlaps with the side surface as viewed from a side view. The infrared cutoff layer is attached to the side surface and the back surface of the display panel, and covers at least the overlapping region and an extension region in which the overlapping region extends respectively in a transverse direction and toward the back surface by a preset distance.
