METHOD OF DIAGNOSING OIL LEAK OF ENGINE CLUTCH IN HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE
The present disclosure provides a method of diagnosing an oil leak of an engine clutch in a hybrid electric vehicle including: when the engine starts up in the hybrid electric vehicle, operating a hydraulic actuator provided in the engine clutch, wherein the hydraulic actuator is configured to perform engagement or disengagement between an engine and a motor; determining displacement of a piston provided in the hydraulic actuator and pressure for any displacement of a plurality of the displacements of the piston; calculating a pressure gradient based on the displacement of the piston and the pressure for any displacement of the plurality of the displacements of the piston; and determining the oil leak of the engine clutch based on the pressure gradient.
EXTENDABLE VEHICLE GRILLE
A vehicle comprising a base, a grille and a bumper. The grille is supported by the base, and is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The bumper is supported by the base below the grille. In the retracted position a front terminal portion of the grille is offset from a front terminal portion of the bumper, and in the extended position the front terminal portion of the grille is generally aligned with the front terminal portion of the bumper.
Gliding pivot
A cover system includes a flexible cover, a pair of bail arms connected to one end of said flexible cover, and a corresponding pivot mechanism for pivotably supporting each bail arm. Each pivot mechanism is mounted on a corresponding gliding assembly, and each gliding assembly includes a pair of oppositely disposed rails fixedly mounted to the frame of the vehicle, a gliding body slidably supported on the pair of rails, and a cylinder supporting the gliding body and slidably supported on a rod assembly. The rod assembly includes a pair of collinearly disposed rods, coupled together by a piston element, the piston element defining opposite fluid paths for a pressurizing fluid conveyed under pressure to the cylinder. A fluid circuit is configured to selectively supply pressurized fluid to each cylinder through the pair of rods to move the cylinder, and therefore the gliding body and bails arms supported thereon, in one of two opposite directions along the length of the vehicle frame.
DRIVE ASSEMBLY WITH PRESSURE FORCE AGGREGATING PISTON ARRANGEMENT FOR HYDRAULIC MOTOR SPEED/TORQUE SELECTOR
A drive assembly includes a drive motor at least in part contained in a housing and having a rotor rotating an output shaft. A selector mechanism, at least in part contained in the housing, is movable into one of a plurality of orientations corresponding to one of a plurality of drive motor settings. An actuator, at least in part contained in the housing, is arranged to move the selector mechanism into one of the plurality of orientations. The actuator has first and second pistons each disposed in a piston chamber of the housing for movement by hydraulic pressure. The second piston is arranged in contact with the first piston and configured to aggregate and transfer forces from hydraulic movement of the first piston and the second piston to move the selector mechanism.

AXLE ASSEMBLY WITH HYDRAULICALLY-OPERATED DISCONNECT MECHANISM AND SPIN-ON HYDRAULIC FILTER
An axle assembly can include a housing defining a reservoir and cylindrical bore open thereto. A clutch can selectively transmit torque between input and output members. A first inlet/outlet of a pump can be in fluid communication with the reservoir and define first threads coaxial with the cylindrical bore. The pump can be configured to pump fluid from the first inlet/outlet to an actuator of the clutch via a second inlet/outlet. The filter can include a base, port, and filter element. The port can define second threads that threadably engage the first threads. The base can be fixedly coupled to the port and include a cylindrical wall coaxial with the second threads. A seal member can form a seal between the cylindrical wall and the cylindrical bore when the first and second threads are engaged. The filter element can be disposed between the reservoir and the first inlet/outlet.
Traveling axle device
A reduction gear case (29) of a planetary gear reduction mechanism (28) is mounted on a reduction gear mounting part (18C) of an axle tube (18). A carrier (33) is provided with a wheel mounting part (33B) projecting outside of the reduction gear case (29). A wheel (2) is mounted on the wheel mounting part (33B) and an oil seal (39) is disposed between an outer peripheral surface of the wheel mounting part (33B) and an inner peripheral surface of the front wheel (2) of the reduction gear case (29). As a result, the oil seal (39) can be exposed by removing the front wheel (2) from the wheel mounting part (33B) in the carrier (33). On the other hand, a brake mechanism (40) is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the reduction gear mounting part (18C). Therefore, the brake mechanism (40) can be exposed by removing the front wheel (2) from the wheel mounting part (33B) in the carrier (33) and the planetary gear reduction mechanism (28) from the reduction gear mounting part (18C).
Vehicle accident damage control system
According to this Invention When Vehicle Accident Damage Control System attach vehicle collides with another vehicle or some obstruction, then because of change in velocity, there is Impact force generated in between leg guard/safety plate (1) and vehicle or obstruction. This leg guard work according to the Lever principle. This Impact force is used to push the piston of APCPDSA. The result of collision reduces by the increases damping force, which generated by hydraulic fluid flow out from internal cylinders (4.1) & (4.2) through (a-b-c) combinations in APCPDSA. At the same time hydraulic fluid flow with the help of FBS pushes the break of vehicle intermittently and with the help of CCS, the clutch has been regularly pushed and ejects the relation of gear with engine.
Vehicle side wing anti-collision system
Disclosed is a vehicle side wing anti-collision system, including a telescopic assembly fixed on a vehicle frame; and a collision panel located in a groove of a vehicle side body and provided correspondingly to the telescopic assembly. The groove is provided with a connection hole and the telescopic assembly is extended out of the connection hole towards two sides in a transverse direction of the vehicle to drive the collision panel to extend out of the groove till protruding from the vehicle side body when the collision panel is subjected to a collision. Through the telescopic assembly and the collision panel, protection layers are formed on two sides of the vehicle, and thus the anti-collision ability of the vehicle side wing is enhanced.

A vehicle controlling device has a frictional engagement element provided between a drive motor and a driving wheel; a shifting unit capable of selecting a travel range or a non-travel range; first obtaining unit configured to, during selection of the travel range, obtain a first parameter including at least a first motor torque value that is a torque value of the drive motor; second obtaining unit configured to, during selection of the non-travel range, obtain a second parameter including at least a second motor torque value that is a torque value of the drive motor; and operating unit configured to, on the basis of the first and second parameters, calculate a zero point hydraulic pressure command value at which the frictional engagement element starts to generate a torque capacity. It is therefore possible to detect a zero point of a clutch between the drive motor and the driving wheel.
