Data transmission method and apparatus
Provided are a data transmission method or apparatus. The method includes determining time domain resource information of different carrier signals used for performing data transmission; and sending configuration information to a UE, where the configuration information is used by the UE for determining the time domain resource information of the different carrier signals used for performing the data transmission.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HANDLING TASKS IN PARALLEL
The present disclosure relates to handling tasks in parallel. In an embodiment, a method performed by a device comprises determining a type of tasks allowed to be performed in parallel based on a configuration received from a network, and performing tasks corresponding to the type while rejecting tasks not corresponding to the type.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCER NETWORK FUNCTION DISCOVERY IN A WIRELESS NETWORK BASED ON GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION
A system described herein may provide a technique for location-based handling of discovery requests in a service-based network in which different instances of network functions (“NFs”) may be deployed in geographically diverse locations. For example, a Network Repository Function (“NRF”) may maintain location information for the various NF instances and may respond to discovery requests by identifying particular NF instances based on locations associated with the discovery requests. For example, such discovery requests may include a “preferred-locality” parameter or some other indication of location associated with the discovery request, based on which the NRF may identify one or more NF instances to provide in response to the discovery request.
Method and device for random access
A method for random access includes: determining, by a first device, a first basic parameter set used by a first message transmitted during a random access procedure; and transmitting, by the first device using the first basic parameter set, the first message to a second device, or receiving, by the first device using the first basic parameter set, the first message transmitted by the second device.
METHOD AND NETWORK DEVICE FOR RANK SELECTION
The present disclosure provides a method in a network device for rank selection. The method includes: adjusting a rank for a transmission to or from a terminal device; and selecting a rank to be used for the transmission based on whether the transmission using the adjusted rank has been successfully received.
UPLINK DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD AND APPARATUS
An uplink data transmission method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: A network device sends configuration information to a terminal device, where the configuration information is used to configure N SRS resources; the network device sends downlink control information to the terminal device, where an SRI field and a TPMI field in the downlink control information jointly indicate M SRS resources in the N SRS resources; and the terminal device sends uplink data by using the M SRS resources. M is an integer greater than or equal to 1. When M is greater than 1, multi-beam uplink transmission of the terminal device can be implemented, and coverage and a capacity of uplink transmission can be improved.
Method for data detection, and user equipment
The present invention relates to a method for realizing data detection for a physical downlink channel in an Internet of Things, and a user equipment unit. The method for data detection includes: monitoring a first communication channel and a second communication channel; and after start of a period during which the second communication channel is monitored, if monitoring periods of the first communication channel and the second communication channel overlap, performing data detection according to priority levels of the channels, wherein the second communication channel is used to transmit information to a group of user equipment units in one transmission, and the information is acknowledge information transmitted by a base station for acknowledgement of reception of uplink data.
COMMUNICATION APPARATUSES AND COMMUNICATION METHODS FOR SOFT-SEGREGATION OF RESOURCE POOL FOR V2X COMMUNICATION APPARATUSES
The present disclosure provides communication apparatuses and communication methods for soft-segregation of resource pool for V2X communication apparatuses. The communication apparatuses include a communication apparatus which comprises circuitry, which, in operation, allocates a resource from a plurality of resources based on resource allocation information, the resource allocation information indicative of a likelihood of allocating the resource from the plurality of resources based on a transmission profile relating to a signal; and a transmitter, which, in operation, transmits the signal to a target communication apparatus using the allocated resource.
EXTERNAL INTERFERENCE RADAR
Aspects of the invention provide an external interference radar that remedies such shortcomings by providing a hybrid approach that provides an initial spectrum analysis to identify known interferences. The signal is also divided into physical resource blocks (PRB) to better identify interferences that occur intermittently. Once these intermittent interferences are illustrated, a signal pattern detection algorithm is applied to the identified signals and may further accurately identify the intermittent interferences. As part of the identification, the radar further provides a report that identifies whether the interference is a permanent or intermittent; a type of the interference and the severity of the interference.
Beam consolidation and selection based on external information
In accordance with an example embodiment, there is disclosed a method comprising: measuring, by a user equipment, more than one communication beam established at the user equipment in a communication network; acquiring information associated with measurements of more than one communication beam established at the user equipment in the communication network; based on the information, deriving a cell measurement quantity as a function of the performed measurements of more than one communication beam.
