A system and method for a knot game. The game includes a weight coupled to a flexible line. The flexible line has an upstream end and a downstream end which his coupled to the weight. The game includes gripping the flexible line at a position upstream from the weight. Thereafter, the weight is dropped and allowed to remove the slack in the line. Then a force is applied to create slack in the line in an attempt to tie a knot in the flexible line.

Provided is an article having a ball-like element with an opening and a rope-like element having a first end and a distal end. An attachment device is affixed to the first end of the rope-like element for connecting to the ball-like element. The attachment device includes a first point, received into the opening of the ball-like element and a second point generally opposite to the first point on the attachment device. The second point has a cross-sectional area larger than the first point. A flange includes a back surface and a neck generally in contact with the second point. The neck has a cross-sectional area smaller than the second point and the back surface, wherein, upon connection with the ball-like element, an underside of the back surface of the flange contacts the ball-like element.

The attachment device is inserted into an opening in the ball-like element while the ball-like element is between 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

The present invention relates generally to the field of exercise devices. More specifically, the present invention relates to a total home physical therapy device that can be used to perform physical therapy exercises. The device is primarily comprised of at least one handle, a body, at least one spring, and at least one ball. The handle can be held in the hand of the user such that the ball can be inflated and can be used for inner thigh strengthening exercises that can be performed in a seated or laying position.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a stability ball case configured to store a stability ball therein and, especially, having a weight thereon to prevent the stored stability ball from rolling, thereby avoiding a safety accident that may happen when the stability ball rolls and drops, as well as storing the stability ball at a desired place in a safe and convenient manner. A swing practice apparatus has an upper horizontal bar, a lower horizontal bar that is positioned directly under the upper horizontal bar and runs parallel with the upper horizontal bar, an upper slide ring capable of sliding along the upper horizontal bar, a lower slide ring capable of sliding along the lower horizontal bar, and a spring that exserts force to the ball toward a catcher side. A ball is supported from the upper and the lower slide rings via support springs, and positioned between the upper horizontal bar and the lower horizontal bar. A stopper is mounted at a pitcher side of the upper horizontal bar to stop the upper slide ring, and a release mechanism releases the stopper to release the upper slide ring from the stopper and the upper slide ring and the ball move toward the catcher side due to the spring.

Embodiments of an apparatus and system for obtaining metrics associated with a user's athleticism are disclosed. In an embodiment, the user performs a workout using the apparatus, and the workout is scored based on a scoring system. In an embodiment, the scoring system may be objective, thereby facilitating score standardization, and individual users for which scores have been recorded may be ranked by the system. In an embodiment, individual users may associate their system profiles with one or more positions for one or more sports. The rankings may be filtered by position and sport to facilitate identification of one or more users of interest, such as for a college recruiting purposes or professional sports team drafts.

Systems and methods are provided for guiding a participant through a fitness experience or workout. The participant is provided access to an exercise area at a fitness facility, with the exercise area comprising several exercise or game modules. At each module, the participant engages in a customized exercise or game that is tailored to the participant's fitness level or to key fitness elements that the participant is expected to work on. An instructor may program each module with a type and difficulty of game that is appropriate for the participant, and the participant's activities and results are tracked over time and reported to both the instructor and the participant.

A launching and/or catching toy kit has a football and at least one associated slingshot. The football includes a generally elongated spheroidal body, a support non-movably attached to the body, a tail, a first and a second elastic band hook oppositely disposed, and a lift-generating wing. The slingshot is configured to launch the football from a first user to a second user. The slingshot includes a handle and a pair of prongs connected and/or extending from the handle top. At least one elastic band is connected to each prong. Each of the at least one elastic bands are releasably captured by their respective first or second elastic band hook on the football during launching by the first user. When two slingshots are available, the users can shoot and catch the football between each other allowing for a game of catch.
