The vibrating plate is adapted to impart vibrational forces on the distribution mat to promote movement of the aqueous slurry. Each support member includes a rod, a hollow coupling member, and at least one resilient bushing assembly adapted to dampen the vibrational forces exerted by the vibrating plate, thereby isolating the rod and the overhead bracing system from the vibrational forces.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SUSPENDING CELLS
The invention is related to a device for suspending particles in a fluid, wherein the mixing device includes a first magnet (1) rotating around a longitudinal axis (2), a mixing rod (4) attached to a mount (6), the mount including a second magnet (3), wherein the mount (6) moves in a substantially orthogonal motion to the longitudinal axis of the mixing rod (4) by the interaction of the rotating first magnet with the second magnet (3).
Systems for custom coloration
Novel systems and methods for performing treatment (e.g., coloration) of keratinous fibers are disclosed. The methods and systems utilize one or more of a dispensing device which is configured to provide customized composition for treating keratinous fibers (e.g., a coloring composition), optionally formed from tablets; an optical reader, for obtaining sufficient characteristics of the keratinous fibers to make a realistic prediction of the outcome of a treatment (e.g., coloring treatment); a computational units for predicting an outcome of a treatment, optionally being interfaced with the dispensing device and for selecting a customized treatment; and tablet formulations which are useful in preparing customized composition for treating keratinous fibers. Further disclosed are rapidly disintegrating tablets for use in the preparation of compositions for treating keratinous fibers.
Container
A container with two inner chambers (6, 7) running in its longitudinal direction and separated by at least one partition wall. An aerobic adhesive is stored in one inner chamber (6). A hydrophilic, gel-like activator is stored in the other inner chamber (7); a mixing unit can be attached to the front end of the container. The aerobic adhesive is fed to the mixing unit from the first inner chamber (6), and the hydrophilic activator is fed to the mixing unit from the second inner chamber (7), in a specified mixing ratio via a supply device and mixed together there. This mixture is discharged via an outlet opening (13) of the mixing unit.
INJECTION MIXER
An injection mixer is provided, which includes an injection module, a valve seat module, and an adjusting module. The injection module may be disposed to penetrate one end of a bucket container. The valve seat module may be disposed at the end of the injection module, and the valve seat module may be disposed with at least one fluid supply channel and at least one outlet channel. The adjusting module may be disposed at the valve seat module to penetrate therethrough. The adjusting module may be movably connected to the injection module. When the adjusting module is driven to move the injection module towards or away from the valve seat module, an annular protrusion may approach or move away from the inner wall of the bucket container, and a size of the predetermined gap may be reduced or increased.
STORAGE AND MIXING DEVICE FOR BONE CEMENT WITH A PRESSURE PUMP
A storage and mixing device for two-component polymethyl methacrylate bone cements having a cylindrical interior of a cartridge that is delimited on a front side by a cartridge head, a plunger arranged to be axially movable in the cylindrical interior of the cartridge and spaced from the cartridge head, a powdery first parent component of the bone cement, that is contained in the interior between the plunger and the cartridge head, a feed-through arranged in the cartridge head or in the cylinder barrel of the cartridge between the plunger and the cartridge head. The feed-through is connectable to a fluid line, a receptacle for a monomer liquid, wherein the fluid line connects the feed-through to the receptacle in a liquid-permeable manner, and a press-out device pushable into the receptacle, so that monomer liquid is pressable out of the receptacle into the fluid line. The plunger (2) is spaced from a back side of the cylindrical interior, located opposite the front side, so that, by moving the plunger in the direction of the back side, the press-out device is pushable into the receptacle and a reduced pressure is producible in the interior of the cartridge between the plunger and the cartridge head.
STORAGE AND MIXING DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A BONE CEMENT
A storage and mixing device for PMMA bone cements having a cylindrical interior of the cartridge that is delimited on a front side by a cartridge head with a closed delivery opening, a plunger which is arranged to be axially movable in the cylindrical interior of the cartridge and which is spaced from the cartridge head. The plunger circumferentially rests against the inner wall of the interior, so that the plunger divides the interior of the cartridge into two sections in a gas-tight manner, a powdery first parent component of the bone cement, which is contained in the interior between the plunger and the cartridge head, a feed-through which is arranged in the cartridge head or in the cylinder barrel of the cartridge between the plunger and the cartridge head, wherein the feed-through is connected to a fluid line in which a monomer liquid as a second parent component of the bone cement is contained or into which a monomer liquid is fillable or introducible. A filter is arrangeable in the cartridge head, in the feed-through and/or in the fluid line, wherein the filter is permeable to the monomer liquid and impermeable to the first parent component, wherein the plunger is spaced from a back side of the cylindrical interior, located opposite the front side, to an extent that, by moving the plunger in the direction of the back side, a reduced pressure is producible in the interior of the cartridge between the plunger and the cartridge head, wherein the reduced pressure is able to suck the monomer liquid out of the fluid line into the interior of the cartridge.
COMPOUNDING DEVICE SYSTEM, SOFTWARE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE PROCESS OF COMPOUNDING ADMIXTURES
An exemplary compounding method of controlling a compounding device to prepare an admixture of at least two distinct material sources can include examining material source solutions for incompatibility of the ingredients and operating a first and a second pump to prevent one of the incompatible source solutions from entering a common flow path.
