METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DATA SHUNTING
20200162961 · 2020-05-21 ·

A method and device for data shunting and related to communications are provided. The method includes: determining, by the first network device of the first network, the second Quality of Service parameter of the second network according to the first Quality of Service parameter of data to be transmitted in the first network; transmitting, by the first network device, some or all of data to be transmitted to the second network device of the second network according to the second Quality of Service parameter. According to the application, the shunted data can be transmitted in the shunting network based on appointed Service Quality, thereby the requirements for the Service Quality can be satisfied, and the reliability of data transmission and the system resource utilization are increased.

Wired/wireless composite communication system and wired/wireless composite communication method

A wired/wireless composite communication system and a wired/wireless composite communication method perform control to use wired communication for communication data having high priority and to use wireless communication for communication data having low priority among the types of communication data transmitted and received between communication devices provided within a vehicle. Specifically, the wired/wireless composite communication system and the wired/wireless composite communication method transmit wired communication data and wireless communication data divided on the basis of the priority set for each type of the communication data separately by wired communication and wireless communication, and couple the wired communication data and the wireless communication data separately received on a reception side to each other to reconstruct the communication data.

LOAD BALANCING FOR IP FAILOVER
20200127937 · 2020-04-23 ·

Techniques are provided for load balancing for IP failover. A backend address of a first node is identified as a routing destination to which a request is to be routed by a load balancer based upon a load balancer rule mapping a frontend address, specified by the request as a request destination, to the backend address of the first node. The request is routed to a primary network interface of the first node using the backend address. The first node has a loopback interface with an address matching the frontend address for routing the request to a destination data structure based upon the request maintaining the frontend address as the request destination. Health probes are used by the load balancer for detecting a failure of the first node in order to failover to routing requests to a second backend address of a second node.

Market-driven variable price offerings for bandwidth-sharing ad hoc networks

Systems and methods to establish and execute market-driven variable price offerings among the lenders and borrowers in a bandwidth-sharing ad hoc network for shared bandwidth usage. The method comprises establishing and executing market-driven variable price offerings among lenders and borrowers. A bandwidth-sharing ad hoc network for shared bandwidth usage is formed based on the established and executed market-driven variable price offering.

SENDING DATA USING A PLURALITY OF CREDIT POOLS AT THE RECEIVERS
20200076742 · 2020-03-05 ·

Examples relate to methods for sending data between a senders and receivers coupled by a link. These methods comprise allocating a plurality of credit pools in a buffer on the receiver. These credits represent a portion of memory space in the buffer to store data received from the sender. Then, the sender allocates a number of credits from a plurality of credits to each virtual channel. A number of virtual channels from the plurality of virtual channels is mapped to the credit pools. The sender sends a data block to the receiver through a particular virtual channel when there are enough credits available in at least one of the particular virtual channel and the data pool to which the particular virtual channel is mapped. The sender decrements a credit counter associated with the corresponding at least one of the particular virtual channel and the data pool.

Method and device for data shunting

A method and device for data shunting and related to the technical field of communications are provided. The present invention solves the problem that the requirements for the Service Quality cannot be satisfied, because the shunted data can't be transmitted in the shunting network based on appointed Service Quality; and the reliability of data transmission and the system resource utilization are decreased. The method concretely comprises the following steps: the first network device of the first network determines the second Quality of Service parameter of the second network according to the first Quality of Service parameter of data to be transmitted in the first network; the first network device transmits some or all of data to be transmitted to the second network device of the second network according to the second Quality of Service parameter. The method can be applied to data shunting.

System and method for reducing latency time with cloud services

A system and method for reducing service latency includes dividing an information technology service for a customer into an infrastructure management service and a data management service. Data associated with the information technology service is stored in a backup memory. A set of infrastructure images related to the information technology service is stored at a cloud service provider. The infrastructure images are updated with software updates and hardware updates, as needed, and the data associated with the information technology service is updated through backup and restore mechanisms. The set of infrastructure images that have been updated with data with latest updates are started for recovery, continuity, testing, etc.

SYSTEM AND METHOD TO CONTROL A CROSS DOMAIN WORKFLOW BASED ON A HIERARCHICAL ENGINE FRAMEWORK

Provided are a system and method for controlling a workflow across domains on the basis of a hierarchical engine framework. Inventive workflow control makes it possible to configure a flexible hierarchical engine framework and provide a workflow service with low latency. Also, the system and method make it possible to control a workflow by building an engine and a data pipeline across domains.

ENABLING IP CARRIER PEERING
