Core strengthening assembly
A core strengthening assembly for performing core strengthening exercises includes a ball that may be positioned on a support surface. A harness is positioned around the ball and the ball rotates freely in the harness. A pair of pedals is each removably coupled to the harness. Each of the pedals may have one of a user's feet positioned thereon. In this way the user's feet are spaced from the support surface when the user performs core strengthening exercises.

Sports hitting training system for lightweight balls
A hitting system for sports training includes a ball attached to a flexible mast. The flexible mast may be mounted to a base with more than five sidewalls, which inhibits movement of the system in any one direction after the ball is struck by the user. The mast may project upward from the base. Some embodiments include a weighted basket, which may be filled for example with a plurality of the same type of ball mounted to the flexible mast. Some embodiments may be configured for training with lightweight balls, for example pickle balls. The mast may include a securing mechanism which attaches around one of the pre-existing holes of the ball's shell. In some embodiments, the mast may be modular including a mechanism to detach from and reattach to the basket at the user's will. When detached, the mast becomes a hand-held hitting system.
Contact location identification apparatus and method
A contact location identification apparatus and method consists of a marking device with a first side and a second side. An attachment device is connected with the first side, where the attachment device removably attaches to an object. A marking receptor surface is provided on the second side, where the marking receptor surface holds a transferable marker substance.

Golf aide with tactile indicator
A golf aide is described for providing tactile feedback to a user during a golf swing. The golf aide has a shaft (12) with a golf grip (11), an arm (14) having a linking element (13) coupling the arm (14) to the shaft (12) at a first end of the arm (14), and a tactile indicator (15) arranged at a distal end of the arm (14) opposite the linking element (13). The tactile indicator has a width greater than a width of the arm and the shaft (12), arm (14) and tactile indicator (15) are fixedly arrangeable such that the distance and angle between a portion of the golf grip to be gripped during a golf stroke and the tactile indicator is equivalent to a predetermined target distance and angle between hands and a lateral upper arm portion of an inside arm of a user at an apex of a backswing of a golf stroke.
Punching bag system
A strike training attachment for a heavy bag may include a ball member sized according to the diameter of a typical adult human fist. The ball member may be resilient. The strike training attachment includes a loop member disposed on an outer surface of the ball member. The loop member may be attachably co-operable with a hang-mounting member of a heavy bag.
Sports throwing motion training device
The invention includes a throwing motion training system and device configured to track arm motion and provide predictive ball motion data without the athlete ever having to release the device is provided. The device is configured with a plurality of sensors configured to transmit motion data to data analysis software internal to the device or configured on an external computing system. The data analysis software is configured to prepare and share motion tracking data and predictive ball motion data.
Exercise Device
This disclosure provides an exercise device comprising a weighted head and a handle. In some embodiments, the exercise device may be essentially as shown in FIGS. 1-4.
