Rotation Exercising Ball Structure Swinging Smoothly
A rotation exercising ball structure includes two shells, two pivot seats, a weight unit, and two handle protecting members. The two shells are combined to construct a hollow ball. Each of the two shells has a space. Each of the two pivot seats is formed on the space and has a through hole. The weight unit includes a mandrel, a rotation member, two bearings, and a weight. The mandrel has two ends each secured in the through hole of one of the two pivot seats. The rotation member has a first end provided with a mounting hole for mounting the two bearings. The weight connects a second end of the rotation member. The rotation member and the weight are rotated on the mandrel. The two handle protecting members are mounted on the two shells.
AUDIO AND VISUAL/TOUCH GOLF TRAINING DEVICE AND TRAINING METHOD USING GOLF TRAINING DEVICE
A golf training device with audio and visual/touch cues for independent golf swing training in an absence of a golf instructor includes a tube having a first end and a second end and an outer surface. A sliding mass is disposed slidingly within the tube, the sliding mass including a chamfer on at least one end of the sliding mass. An end stop is mechanically affixed to the first end of the tube. A ball holding rod has a ball hold rod first end and a ball hold rod second end. A bushing is disposed on the ball hold rod first end to mechanically couple the ball hold rod first end to the second end of the tube, an outer diameter of the bushing including a male thread corresponding to a female thread disposed in the second end of the tube. A ball is coupled to the ball holding rod.
Football training device
A football training device in which an elongated strap is attached to a football. The strap is elastic and has a handgrip formed at its other end. In practice, a ball runner carries the football while a trainer pulls on the strap in an effort to simulate a fumble thus improving the manner in which the ball carrier carries the ball.

Exercise Device for the Shoulder
The invention provides an exercise device for a rotator cuff of a shoulder of a user comprising a container housing, wherein the container housing comprises a first container shell, wherein the first container shell comprises a first container shell exterior surface and a first container shell interior surface surrounding a first container shell void, wherein the first container shell interior surface forms a substantially spherical surface; a second container shell, wherein the second container shell comprises a second container shell exterior surface and a second container shell interior surface, wherein the second container shell interior surface surrounds the first container shell exterior surface whereby the first container shell is nested inside the second container shell; and a spherical ball positioned within the first container shell void; wherein when the exercise device is in use, movement and rotation of an arm of a user causes movement and rotation of the container housing and movement and rotation of the ball within the container housing in a direction that follows a circumference of the first container shell interior surface, thereby exercising the rotator cuff of the shoulder of the user.
Adjustable weight exercise ball
An adjustable weight exercise ball and particularly a soft exercise ball has one or more handles that are formed from a strap extending around the perimeter of the exercise ball. The exercise ball may have no rigid or hard materials, such as no more than 50 shore A hardness. The generally spherical exercise ball may have a substantially smooth outer surface with no significant protrusions from the surface. In addition, an adjustable weight exercise ball has a single aperture for the insertion of weights through an access slot to a pouch configured within the interior volume of the ball. The weights inserted into the exercise ball may be conformable weights that mold to the interior pouch area within the exercise ball. The interior material of the exercise ball may comprise an elastomeric material that compresses and seals the access slot closed after weights are inserted therein.
Ball Rotation Indicator and Method
The present application is directed to an athletic training tool. The athletic training tool includes a ball and an elongated member attached thereto, the elongated member is attached to the ball in a manner effective to maintain the center of gravity of the ball. The elongated member may be visually observable during use of the athletic training tool.
Method, system, and program product for a recreational game
As one implementation example, an application comprising a recreational game performs a method comprising displaying at least a portion of a recreational object. The recreational object comprises a central portion comprising a center and a plurality of arm members in which the arm members are joined to the central portion and balanced about the center, the arm members each comprising a channel for enabling air passage through the arm members and into the central portion in which the air passage affects a flight speed and a rotational speed of the recreational object passing through air. The method further comprises receiving input from an application user, the input operable to manipulate the recreational object to achieve a goal of the recreational game.
