HARDWARE MOUNTING BRACKET, ASSEMBLY AND HARDWARE
A hardware mounting bracket is provided with a bracket body adapted to be mounted to a support surface. A rigid retainer is provided on one end of the bracket body to receive hardware supported thereon. At least one elongate biasing retainer is provided on another end of the bracket body spaced apart from the rigid retainer, to engage hardware supported thereon and to provide a loaded surface contact with hardware supported thereon. A hardware mounting assembly, hardware for mounting to a support surface, and method for mounting hardware are also provided.
Display support system
The inventive technology relates to an improved display support system that may be used to support elevated displays, and other promotional/marketing materials. The invention may be used to support, for example, helium-free balloons and/or other displays to one or more display fittings. Such display fittings may further be secured to an adjustable support such that an operator may position one or more fittings in a desired position, such as from a ceiling or other elevated surface. Additional embodiments may include an improved dual display support system that may support a plurality of support adapters each having one or more fitting supports coupled with fitting displays to more efficiently place, support, and/or retrieve elevated displays, and other promotional/marketing materials having multiple anchor positions.
DIRT CUP LATCH MECHANISM FOR VACUUM CLEANER
A latch mechanism for selectively fastening a dirt cup to a vacuum cleaner having a locking recess. The latch mechanism can include a latch member having a portion that is selectively received in the locking recess and a latch actuator comprising a button. When the latch mechanism is actuated, the latch member is moved from a latched position in which the portion of the latch member is received within the locking recess to an unlatched position in which the portion of the latch member is removed from the locking recess, thereby allowing the dirt cup to be removed from the vacuum cleaner.
Dirt cup latch mechanism for vacuum cleaner
A latch mechanism for selectively fastening a dirt cup to a vacuum cleaner having a locking recess. The latch mechanism can include a latch member having a portion that is selectively received in the locking recess and a latch actuator comprising at least one button. When the latch mechanism is actuated, the latch actuator bears against the latch member, which initiates vertical movement of the latch member relative to the latch actuator. The latch member is thereby moved from a latched position in which the portion of the latch member is received within the locking recess to an unlatched position in which the portion of the latch member is removed from the locking recess, thereby allowing the dirt cup to be removed from the vacuum cleaner.
Fastening device for installing a fitting in a holed thin wall
A fastening device for installing a fitting or a holding clamp in a hole in a thin wall. The fastening device includes a head area with fitting parts attached thereto for clamping or enclosing a portion of the fitting or holding clamp between the head and the thin wall. The fastening device also includes a body area that proceeds from the head area and penetrates the hole in an installed condition. Proceeding from the end of the body area are two spring legs which are directed rearward toward the thin wall, and which are supported by sloping foot-like ends on two diametrically opposite, parallel edges of the hole. The fastening device forms guide strips which protrude laterally from the body area, and which are guided into suitable notches (between the opposite edges of the hole in the thin wall.
Clamp assembly for attaching an object to a mounting surface
A clamp assembly for attaching an object to a mounting surface is disclosed herein. The clamp assembly includes an upper clamp member, the upper clamp member including a first aperture formed therethrough for receiving a post member; and a lower clamp member pivotally coupled to the upper clamp member, the lower clamp member including a second aperture formed therethrough for receiving the post member. When the post member is disposed through the first aperture of the upper clamp member and the second aperture of the lower clamp member, the upper and lower clamp members are maintained in a generally stationary position relative to one another, and in an engaging relationship with the mounting surface. The clamp assembly may further include a clamp securement subassembly for additionally securing the upper and lower clamp members in place relative to one another by frictionally engaging an outer surface of the post member.
Band clip and assembly
A band clip (1000) that suppresses projection from a sheet includes a binding band (1020) and a clip (1021). The binding band (1020) includes a head (1040) and a strap (1041) and the clip (1021) includes retainers (1060) as linear objects, a penetrating body (1061) as a linear object and a piercing stopper (1062) as a plate-like object. One end of the penetrating body (1061) is coupled to a base end of each of the retainers (1060). The retainers (1060) are respectively at an angle not larger than 90 to the penetrating body (1061), arranged in a distributed manner in a circumferential direction and resiliently deformable to extend along the penetrating body (1061). Another end of the penetrating body (1061) is coupled to a first principal surface (1160) of the piercing stopper (1062). The head (1040) is coupled to a second principal surface (1161) of the piercing stopper (1062).
Solar array mounting system with universal clamp
A mounting system for photovoltaic solar panels providing support for different sized panels, and/or panels having mounting holes located in different locations. A universal panel clamp includes at least one elongated hole or slot to attach to a mounting hole on a solar panel frame. A clamp is attached to an upper hole, and a second clamp is attached to a lower mounting hole. The upper clamps are attached to an upper lateral support member, and the lower clamps are attached to a lower lateral support member. This assembly may be supported by A-shaped support members having adjustable tilt arms, or posts with specially configured brackets.
Modular utility system
A kit of portable modular components for use in demountably configuring a variety of structural assemblies. The kit comprises three types of elongate structural support components wherein the first type has a pair of opposed male ends, the second type has a male end and an opposed female end, and the third type has a pair of opposed female ends, wherein the male ends are configured for demountable engagement with the female ends. Each of the male ends comprises a cylindrical body with at least one linear set of two spaced-apart prongs around the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body. Each of the female ends has a cylindrical receptacle with one or more linear channels for receiving therein the cylindrical body and the at least one linear set of prongs. The female ends are provided with locking assemblies for releasable engagement the male ends.
