COLLABORATIVE AVIATION INFORMATION COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
A collaborative aviation information collection and distribution system includes a plurality of aircraft data transmitters and an aircraft data processing system. Each aircraft data transmitter is configured to selectively transmit aircraft data associated with a subscribing aircraft. The aircraft data processing system is in operable communication with each of the aircraft data transmitters and includes a data receiver, a data transmitter, and a data processor. The data receiver receives aircraft data transmitted from each of the aircraft transmitters. The data transmitter selectively transmits actionable aircraft data to one or more of the subscribing aircraft or subscribing ground-based users. The data processor determines which of, and when, the one or more subscribing aircraft or subscribing ground-based users should receive actionable aircraft data, generates actionable aircraft data from at least a portion of the received aircraft data, and supplies the generated actionable aircraft data to the data transmitter for transmission.
Authentication systems and methods for generating flight regulations
Systems and methods for UAV safety are provided. An authentication system may be used to confirm UAV and/or user identity and provide secured communications between users and UAVs. The UAVs may operate in accordance with a set of flight regulations. The set of flight regulations may be associated with a geo-fencing device in the vicinity of the UAV.

System for identifying and controlling unmanned aerial vehicles
A beacon for attachment to an unmanned aerial vehicle that provides information needed to identify the owner of a particular unmanned vehicle. The beacon may also include a remote communications module configured to participate on wireless communications networks and a beacon control system configured to issue commands compatible with the unmanned aerial vehicle. The beacon may further a beacon control system configured to translate multiple types of commands from different controls systems into commands compatible with the unmanned aerial vehicle.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AUTONOMOUS FLYING VEHICLE FLIGHT PATHS
A method is provided for limiting access to airspace by drones. The method includes receiving position information from a user associated with a property identified by the position information. The method also includes assembling the position information with other position information to compile a comprehensive configurable flight zone database. The method further includes pushing the configurable flight zone database to at least one drone. The drone accesses the configurable flight zone database to determine if movement is allowed, and the drone is programmed to not fly into areas identified in the configurable flight zone database. In the method, the drone may be further programmed to prohibit directing a camera into the areas identified in the configurable flight zone database.

Facilitating location positioning service through a UAV network
Embodiments are provided for providing location positioning service for locating a transportation apparatus through a UAV network. A location center may be employed to receive a location service request for locating a specific transportation apparatus. After receiving such a request, the location center may inquire a location database for last known location of the requested transportation apparatus. Based on the last known location of the requested transportation apparatus, the location center may predict one or more areas in which the requested transportation apparatus may be currently in. Based on the prediction, the location center may be configured to generate one or more control instructions to one or more UAVs in the UAV network to locate the requested transportation apparatus in those areas.
PRE-POSITIONING AERIAL DRONES
A method, system, and/or computer program product pre-positions an aerial drone for a user. A model of a user is used as a basis for predicting a future task to be performed by the user at a future time and at a particular location. One or more processors identify sensor data that will be required by the user in order to perform the future task at the future time and at the particular location, where the sensor data is generated by one or more sensors on the aerial drone. A transmitter then transmits a signal to the aerial drone to pre-position the aerial drone at the particular location before the future time.
Aircraft maneuver data management system
This disclosure is directed to systems and methods for generating outputs based on collected aircraft maneuver data. In one example, a system is configured to collect surveillance data from one or more aircraft. The system is further configured to identify, from the collected surveillance data, aircraft maneuver data indicative of maneuvers of the one or more aircraft. The system is further configured to store the aircraft maneuver data in a data store. The system is further configured to perform one or more analyses of the stored aircraft maneuver data in the data store. The system is further configured to generate an output based on the one or more analyses of the stored aircraft maneuver data.
ANTI-COLLISION SYSTEM FOR UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE AND METHOD THEREOF
An anti-collision system for an UAV and a method thereof are provided. The anti-collision system for an UAV includes: a first aerial vehicle. The first aerial vehicle includes: a wireless transmission module and a processor. The wireless transmission module is used for transmitting a first signal of the first aerial vehicle and for receiving a second signal from a second aerial vehicle; the processor is used for calculating a signal strength of the second signal, for obtaining a spacing distance between the second aerial vehicle and the first aerial vehicle, to determine if the spacing distance is less than a distance threshold value; wherein when the spacing distance is less than the distance threshold value, the processor adjusts a flight status of the first aerial vehicle. Thus the present invention can avoid the collisions between the first aerial vehicle and the second aerial vehicle.
