Thermal management system for vehicle

A thermal management system for a vehicle includes a high-temperature side pump that draws and discharges a heat medium, a compressor that draws and discharges a refrigerant in a refrigeration cycle, a high-pressure side heat exchanger that exchanges heat between a high-pressure side refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle and the heat medium circulated by the high-temperature side pump, a heat medium-outside air heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the heat medium circulated by the high-temperature side pump and outside air, and a pump control unit that controls an operation of the high-temperature side pump such that the operation of the high-temperature side pump is continued even after the compressor is stopped. Thus, the cycle efficiency exhibited when restarting the compressor can be improved.

A wheel powered alternator charging system captures rotational energy of a vehicle wheel, transferring the rotational energy to an alternator to generate electricity. An alternator, a mounting bracket, and a transfer shaft are mounted to a support frame. An input wheel is connected to an existing wheel on the vehicle. The input wheel is connected to the transfer shaft by a first pulley assembly. A second pulley assembly is connected between the transfer shaft and an alternator wheel. As the vehicle wheel rotates, mechanical energy is transferred through the first pulley assembly, the transfer shaft, and the second pulley assembly to the alternator. The mounting bracket is affixed to the vehicle frame.

A cooling system for a hybrid electric work vehicle. The hybrid electric work vehicle having a power electronic device and a drivetrain device. The cooling system comprises a radiator. The power electronic device defines a first fluid path. The drivetrain device defines a second fluid path. A fluid pump is provided for directing a fluid through the radiator, the first fluid path, and the second fluid path to dissipate heat.

Industrial vehicle

A forklift includes a downstream exhaust pipe that releases engine exhaust gas into the atmosphere. The downstream exhaust pipe includes a tail pipe extending in a width direction of a vehicle body. A closure part that closes a tail pipe's opening is provided at the tail pipe's tip end portion. A first exhaust port which discharges the exhaust gas rearward from the vehicle body and a second exhaust port which discharges the exhaust gas rearward from the vehicle body at the tail pipe's tip end side with respect to the first exhaust port are provided in the tail pipe's circumferential surface portion. The first exhaust port and the second exhaust port are disposed in a region where cooling air flows. A throttling part that changes a flow path area for the exhaust gas is disposed between the first exhaust port and the second exhaust port in the tail pipe.

COOLING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE

A cooling apparatus for a hybrid vehicle is provided with an oil circulating circuit supplying oil discharged from an electric oil pump to a first motor, a second motor, an inverter, and a lubrication-required part, and the oil circulating circuit includes: a first circuit supplying the oil that is discharged from the electric oil pump, and is cooled by an HV radiator to the inverter, the first motor, and the second motor; and a second circuit supplying the oil that is discharged from the electric oil pump without being cooled by the HV radiator to the lubrication-required part.

Electric work machine

A hydraulic excavator as an electric work machine includes, in a machine body, a battery unit that stores electric power, an electric motor that is driven by the electric power supplied from the battery unit, a hydraulic pump that is driven by the electric motor, an oil cooler that cools hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, and a fan that draws air into the machine body. The machine body has a first opening and a second opening, and the first opening is provided on a first lateral side of the machine body, and the second opening is provided on a second lateral side of the machine body. The fan is placed to face the first opening in the machine body, and the oil cooler is placed to face the second opening in the machine body.
