An injection molded part for a motor vehicle includes a film having a scratch-resistant layer, a plastic substrate molded to the film, wherein the plastic substrate is at least partially transparent or translucent, and a scratch-resistant coating molded to the plastic substrate on a side opposite the film.
EXTERIOR TRIM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
An exterior trim for a motor vehicle has a body that forms a surface of the exterior trim. The body has an exterior surface and an interior surface, and defines a recess or cut-out. The body has a single undulating wall formed on the interior surface of the body substantially perpendicular to a plane defined by the body, and the single undulating wall at least partially surrounds the recess or cut-out. The exterior trim also includes a human-machine interface (HMI) device disposed at least partially within the recess or cut-out of the body. The HMI device may be used to externally control certain features of the motor vehicle.
FUEL INLET
A fuel inlet 10 includes a fuel inlet body 11 that is formed of resin including a reception pipe portion 20, a filler pipe connection pipe portion 30, a breather pipe connection pipe portion 40, and a fluid introduction portion 60. The reception pipe portion 60 receives a fuel nozzle 3. The filler pipe connection pipe portion 30 is located on a lower side of the reception pipe portion 20 and is connected to a filler pipe 31. The breather pipe connection pipe portion 40 is located on an upper side of the reception pipe portion 20 and is connected to a breather pipe 41. The fluid introduction portion 20 causes foamed fluid to flow along an inner wall surface of the reception pipe portion 20 while liquefying the foamed fluid, the foamed fluid flowing from the breather pipe connection pipe portion 40 to the reception pipe portion 20. The fuel inlet body 11 that is formed of resin is formed by integrally molding the reception pipe portion 20, the filler pipe connection pipe portion 30, the breather pipe connection pipe portion 40, and the fluid introduction portion 60.
REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE FRAME MEMBER
A reinforcing structure of a vehicle frame member includes: ribs that integrally connect standing wall portions, that are formed at a planar portion of a vehicle frame member, to one another, and that reinforce the planar portion; portions of gradually changing thickness that are formed at connected portions of the ribs with the standing wall portions; portions of gradually changing height that are formed at the connected portions of the ribs with the standing wall portions; first curved portions that are formed at the portions of gradually changing thickness; second curved portions that are formed at the portions of gradually changing thickness; third curved portions that are formed at the portions of gradually changing height; and fourth curved portions that are formed at the portions of gradually changing height.
VEHICLE BODY REAR STRUCTURE
A vehicle body rear structure is provided with a battery pack disposed in a floor recess of a rear floor panel. The battery pack includes battery modules, a pair of front suspended frame and rear suspended frame that hold the battery modules at the front and rear ends in such a manner that the battery modules are suspended from a vehicle body, and load path members through which the front suspended frame and the rear suspended frame are coupled to each other. The front suspended frame and the rear suspended frame have flanged collars and through-holes that are fastened to rear frames and fragile portions that are provided in the vicinity of the flanged collars and the through-holes and at which the front suspended frame and the rear suspended frame are bent forward when the vehicle body is subjected to an impact load in a rear-end collision.
SPRING-FORM FLEXIBLE SKATEBOARD
The present invention relates to a spring-form flexible skateboard. The skateboard comprises: front and rear plates (3, 5) disposed separated from each other by a predetermined distance: a flexible torsion part (7) which is integrally disposed between the front and rear plates (3, 5), and has a spring structure of a wrinkled shape, wheels (9) which are rotatably mounted on brackets (13) rotatably mounted on the front and rear plates (3, 5); and a support (31) which is disposed between the front and rear plates (32, 34) so as to support the torsion part (7), and of which one end is connected to the front plate (32) and the other end is connected to the rear plate (34) while the milled section supports the torsion part (36), thereby making it possible to prevent sagging towards the rear.
SADDLE TYPE VEHICLE
A saddle type vehicle includes an engine that is disposed between front and rear wheels and is mounted on a vehicle frame. The vehicle includes: a rear fender at least partially covering the rear wheel from above; and an air cleaner disposed between the rear fender and the engine; wherein the air cleaner is fixed to the rear fender.
ENCAPSULATION ASSEMBLY AND FORMING METHOD THEREOF, AND VEHICLE WINDOW
An encapsulation assembly and a forming method thereof, and a vehicle window are provided. The method includes: forming a trim which includes a decoration section and a connection section with a penetration structure formed therein; and forming a gasket which includes a fixing section covering the connection section of the trim, wherein a part of the fixing section is filled into the penetration structure of the connection section. The encapsulation assembly includes: a trim which includes a decoration section and a connection section with a penetration structure formed therein; and a gasket which includes a fixing section covering the connection section of the trim, wherein a part of the fixing section is filled into the penetration structure of the connection section. The vehicle window includes a piece of glass and the above encapsulation assembly. A part of the fixing section of the gasket can be filled into the penetration structure. When the fixing section of the gasket covers the connection section of the trim, the fixing section can be fixed with the connection section of the trim through the penetration structure, such that a more stable connection between the fixing section and the trim can be achieved, which may increase the service life of the encapsulation assembly.

A frame structure for a motor vehicle body includes at least two profile components and a connecting node, which connects the profile components with each other. At least one of the profile components has at least one console which is made of fiber reinforced plastic and on which other components can be fastened or supported.
