MOUNTING DEVICE FOR SUB-FRAME
A mounting device for a sub-frame may include a mounting bracket positioned to correspond with a one side penetration opening formed at a front side inside member of the front side member, a reinforce panel provided to an upper surface of the front side inside member, a mounting bolt separated with a bolt part and a head by a flange which is positioned at a center thereof, joined to a circumference of a bolt opening of the mounting bracket through the flange on a state that the bolt part is inserted into the bolt opening of the mounting bracket, and joined on a state that the head is wedged through the penetration opening of the front side inside member to the welding opening of the reinforce panel, and a foam filler foamed by a heat treatment and filled in a space formed by the front side inside member, the mounting bracket, the reinforce panel, and a front side outside member.
Vehicle body side structure
A vehicle body side structure includes a left center pillar, and the left center pillar includes a pillar inner, a pillar stiffener, and an inner reinforcing member. The pillar stiffener is joined to the inner front flange and the inner rear flange of the pillar inner, thereby forming a pillar closed section. The inner reinforcing member is arranged in the pillar closed section. The inner reinforcing front flange and the inner reinforcing rear flange of the inner reinforcing member are joined to the inner inside wall of the pillar inner.
Side-by-side vehicle
A vehicle may include a CVT unit or a power source which requires ambient air. An air inlet for an air intake system coupled to the CVT unit or the power source which requires ambient air may be provided in a side of a cargo carrying portion of the vehicle. The vehicle may include a rear radius arm suspension.
Vehicle
A utility vehicle includes a plurality of ground-engaging members, a frame supported by the ground-engaging members, and a plurality of body panels supported by the frame. The utility vehicle also includes a radiator supported on a rear portion of the frame. Additionally, the utility vehicle includes an air intake assembly partially supported by an upper portion of the frame.
AUXILIARY FRAME FOR SUPPORTING A FRONT SUSPENSION OF A MOTOR-VEHICLE
An auxiliary frame for supporting elements of a front suspension of a motor-vehicle includes two end supports for connection thereto of suspension elements and a structure which connects the end supports to each other. The connecting structure has a front beam and a rear beam which connect the end supports to each other. The rear beam has an arch-like configuration which extends substantially in a horizontal plane, with a central portion arranged in a forwardly spaced position. The front beam of the connecting structure has a configuration which is substantially straight and perpendicular to a vertical median plane of the auxiliary frame. The front beam and the rear beam are longitudinally spaced from each other and connected to each other by at least two lateral longitudinal arms spaced from each other and which have a configuration substantially straight and parallel to the vertical median plane of the auxiliary frame.
FRONT VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
There are provided a hinge pillar extending in a vehicle vertical direction, an apron reinforcement extending forward from the hinge pillar, a connecting member provided below the apron reinforcement and connecting the hinge pillar and the apron reinforcement in a brace shape, a dash panel provided in back of the connecting member and extending in a vehicle width direction, a wheel house provided in front of the dash panel, and an apron rear panel provided on an inward side, in the vehicle width direction, of and closely to the connecting member and connecting a rear portion of the wheel house and the dash panel.
SPRING LINK MADE OF STEEL
The present invention relates to a spring link for a motor vehicle, wherein the spring link is produced as an elongated, deformed hollow profile of open cross section made of a steel material and has respective attachment points at its ends, said spring link being characterized in that the spring link, in the installed position, is arranged with its opening of the hollow profile pointing upward, wherein a spring seat plate for receiving a helical compression spring is coupled to the spring link on and/or partially in the opening.
VEHICLE LOWER-BODY STRUCTURE
A vehicle lower-body structure includes a front pillar, including a front-pillar outer panel and a front-pillar inner panel, and a side sill, including a side-sill outer panel and a side-sill inner panel and joined to a lower portion of the front pillar. The front-pillar outer panel is joined to an outer surface of the side-sill outer panel. The front-pillar inner panel is held between the side-sill outer panel and the side-sill inner panel. The side-sill outer panel and the side-sill inner panel respectively include vertical beads in front of a reinforcement member disposed at a front portion of the side sill and below the front pillar, the vertical beads extending vertically.
VEHICLE BODY FRONT STRUCTURE
A vehicle body front structure includes a front side frame body provided on the front portion of the vehicle body, the front side frame including a front frame extending to the longitudinal direction and a rear frame extending downward from the rear end portion of the front frame to the rear direction, the rear portion of the front frame has a front bulkhead and a rear bulkhead which are longitudinally spaced from each other, a recessed portion which recesses the outside wall outside in the width direction of the vehicle to the inside in the width direction of the vehicle, and the recessed portion is positioned between the front bulkhead and the rear bulkhead.
REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE FRAME MEMBER
A reinforcing structure of a vehicle frame member includes: ribs that integrally connect standing wall portions, that are formed at a planar portion of a vehicle frame member, to one another, and that reinforce the planar portion; portions of gradually changing thickness that are formed at connected portions of the ribs with the standing wall portions; portions of gradually changing height that are formed at the connected portions of the ribs with the standing wall portions; first curved portions that are formed at the portions of gradually changing thickness; second curved portions that are formed at the portions of gradually changing thickness; third curved portions that are formed at the portions of gradually changing height; and fourth curved portions that are formed at the portions of gradually changing height.
