An air distributor valve, in particular for distributing cold air to various chambers of a refrigeration device, includes a housing having at least a first and a second inlet, at least a first and a second outlet and a control body. The control body can be rotated in the housing about an axis, between a first open position, in which the control body connects the first inlet of the housing to the first outlet and blocks off the second outlet from the second inlet, and a second open position, in which the control body blocks off the first outlet from the first inlet and connects the second inlet to the second outlet.

REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS, AND ABNORMALITY DETECTION SYSTEM FOR REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS
20170268811 · 2017-09-21 ·

A refrigeration cycle apparatus includes a refrigeration cycle in which refrigerant circulates, the refrigeration cycle including a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, expansion valves, and indoor heat exchangers, which are connected to each other via a refrigerant pipe, a heat source unit accommodating the outdoor heat exchanger, use-side units accommodating the indoor heat exchangers, and a control unit that controls at least turning on and off of the refrigeration cycle. The control unit detects abnormality of the refrigeration cycle based on the pressure or temperature of the refrigeration cycle in an off time of the refrigeration cycle.

AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE

A heat exchanger includes a refrigerant flow path into which a gas refrigerant flows from two gas-side inlets in the second row, that are positioned off from each other. Refrigerant flow paths from the two gas-side inlets converge in the one end portion. The refrigerant flow path connects to a heat-transfer pipe in the first row from the second row. The refrigerant flow path includes a refrigerant flow path which is formed in a range from the same stage as one of the gas-side inlets of the second row to the same stage as the other of the gas-side inlets of the second row, while being arranged along both ways between the one end portion and the other end portion in the first row, and the refrigerant flow path extends to a liquid-side outlet.

An HVAC system includes an electronic expansion valve, a motor, an obturator connected to the motor, the obturator being selectively movable in response to operation of the motor, a removable seat selectively received within a complementary portion of the electronic expansion valve, the removable seat being selectively movable in response to operation of the motor.

Electronic expansion valve

An electronic expansion valve is provided, wherein a piston component and a valve needle component are located at the same side of a valve core seat. When refrigerant flows forwards, the piston component closes the bypass through hole, the refrigerant flows to a side of the vertical connecting pipe via the valve core valve port, and the valve needle component moves in the axial direction to regulate an opening of the valve core valve port. When the refrigerant flows reversely, the piston component moves upwards in the axial direction to open the bypass through hole, and the refrigerant flows to a side of the transverse connecting pipe via the bypass through hole. The electronic expansion valve ensures that the valve needle component seals the valve core valve port easily in a high pressure state when the refrigerant flows forwards, and reduces axial and radial dimensions of the valve seat.

Heat pump apparatus

A heat pump apparatus (100) includes an evaporator (10), an electrochemical compressor (11), a condenser (16), a refrigerant delivery path (18), and a non-condensable gas return path (28). The non-condensable gas return path (28) is provided separately from the refrigerant delivery path (18), and is configured to communicate a discharge-side high-pressure space of the electrochemical compressor (11) with a suction-side low-pressure space of the electrochemical compressor (11) so as to return a non-condensable gas from the high-pressure space to the low-pressure space. The non-condensable gas is, for example, hydrogen gas.

Heat pump system for vehicle

A heat pump system for a vehicle delays the change of the direction of a directional valve for a given period of time and then conducts the change of the direction of the directional valve, upon receiving the mode change signal between an air conditioner mode and a heat pump mode, thus preventing the generation of the noise and vibration caused by the differential pressure of a refrigerant.

Diaphragm-actuated fluid control valve

Provided is a diaphragm-actuated fluid control valve capable of, even in a region where the pressure difference between the pressures on the upper surface side and the lower surface side of a diaphragm is small, significantly changing the amount of lift of the diaphragm relative to the change in the pressure difference, without reducing the thickness of the diaphragm, and thus is capable of providing a predetermined flow rate and performing stable flow rate control. The control valve has a diaphragm 35 for driving a valve 25. The diaphragm 35 has a mountainous-wave portion 35b formed between an outermost portion 35a and an innermost portion 35c thereof, the mountainous-wave portion having the shape of concentric circles when viewed in a plan view and having N+(0.25 to 0.75) elevated portions that protrude upward or downward when viewed in cross section, where N is a positive integer (1, 2, 3, . . . ).

Control valve

A vibration-proof spring, which coaxially inserts a shaft, is provided in a body of a control valve. The vibration-proof spring includes a cylindrical spring body, spring parts, which are integrally formed with a side wall of the spring body and are supported by the spring body in a cantilevered manner, and bulging portions, which are formed, on surfaces of the spring parts facing the shaft, in a protruding manner. The spring body is formed as a cylindrical body such that a plate-like body, which is obtained by punching a metallic plate through a press-forming process, is bent along a longitudinal direction of the plate-like body. Also, the spring body is formed in such a manner as to have edge parts that protrude radially outward from at least one of ends of the cylindrical body in the direction of axis line.

Motor-driven valve

Provided is a motor-driven valve with a simple configuration that can solve hysteresis generated when the rotary direction changes, without greatly changing a conventional motor-driving valve. A friction angle of an external thread and an internal thread of a thread feeding mechanism, a lead angle thereof, and a biasing force of a compression coil spring inserted between a valve shaft and a valve body are set so as to always bias the valve shaft making up the thread feeding mechanism to the valve body in a rotating direction in one direction or in the other direction in both of the upward-moving stroke and the downward-moving stroke.
