Apparatus, systems and methods for dispensing drinks, food, and other liquids
An adapter having a female coupling configured to receive and establish a friction seal with a male coupling of an external device for inserting or extracting a liquid to or from a container, by applying a load to the male coupling after inserting it into the female coupling, the load being provided by the weight of a portion of the external device, the adapter being configured for insertion in a mouth of the container and secured therein using a stretchable membrane that fits snugly around the mouth of the container for obtaining a tight seal, the stretchable membrane having tabs for a user to grasp.
Mixer apparatus for mixing a high-viscosity fluid and mixer shaft for such mixer apparatus
A mixer apparatus for mixing high viscosity fluids has a mixer shaft with a plurality of sets of blades affixed thereto. A lowermost set of blades is pivotally mounted so as to be movable between a first position pivoted upwardly and a second position pivoted outwardly. The mixer apparatus has a hydraulic motor drivingly connected to the mixer said shaft so as to rotate the mixer shaft, a hydraulic pump connected by fluid circuit to the hydraulic motor, and electric motor connected to the hydraulic pump, and a hydraulic fluid reservoir connected to the fluid circuit so as to supply hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic pump. The mixer shaft has a base at the lowermost end thereof.
Mixer, method of mixing raw material for powder metallurgy binder for injection moulding composition
A mixer for ceramic feedstock pellets includes a tank, a mixing device within the tank, and a heat exchanger including a cooler for cooling of the content of this tank. A controller controls the heat exchanger which includes a heater arranged to heat the content of this tank to a temperature comprised between a lower temperature (TINF) and a higher temperature (TSUP) stored in a memory for a specific mixture. The heater exchanges energy with a heat exchanger and mixing temperature maintenance circuit, external to this tank. The thermal inertia of this circuit is higher than that of this fully loaded tank.
Bearing mount for blade assembly
A blender with a blending assembly is shown and described. The blender may include a container and a blending assembly attached thereto. The blending assembly may include a blade, an axle, and a thick, molded bearing mount. The bearing may include a stiffening portion and a thick molded portion. The blending assembly may include a vibration dampening member. The vibration dampening member may be positioned to isolate the bearing mount and/or a bearing housing from other components.
STIRRING ELEMENT DEVICE
A stirring element device, in particular for mixing media with a wide range of viscosities, in particular for a polycondensation reactor, includes at least one inner stirring blade and at least one outer stirring blade which are rotatable about a common axis of rotation, wherein at least the inner stirring blade is inclined at least section-wise relative to the axis of rotation. The inner stirring blade is arranged entirely in a subregion around the axis of rotation which is equivalent to a cylinder sector with a circular sector of less than 360 as base area.
Vertical shaft high-shear mixer for de-agglomeration, and associated methods and systems
Disclosed is a deagglomeration apparatus, to improve the quality of a mixture used for the production of concrete blocks. An illustrative embodiment of the deagglomerator comprises a vertical shaft high-shear mixer, wherein a rotational force (hydraulic or electric) is mounted to a vertical shaft onto which are mounted chains and/or knives, housed within a flexible rubber boot or tube. The deagglomerator is configured to be controllably powered, to rotate the shaft and the attached tools. Partially mixed formula is introduced to a top region of the deagglomerator, and falls downwardly past the rotating tools wherein the formula is pulverized and mixed, before exiting the lower area of the mixing region.
Protein blender cup
Present invention creatively makes convenient for any person using beverage to blend powder with liquid uniformly without use of shaking motion or battery and thereby preventing from spilling and running out batteries. Invention of unique reverse planetary gears system and side arm stirrer with window paddle has made possible convert torque of finger to multiple rotation of stirrer in order achieve efficient uniform blending. Moreover, this invention takes full advantage of removable snap mechanism to assemble and disassemble protein blender cup which is very necessary for washing every single parts to achieve highest sanitization. In short, this invention helps consumer to have protein blender cup which doesn't require shaking or battery and can be completely sanitized without any struggle.
BEARINGLESS HYDRAULIC ROTARY STIRRING WATER DISTRIBUTOR
Some embodiments of the disclosure provide systems and methods for a bearingless hydraulic rotary stirring water distributor. According to an embodiment, the bearingless hydraulic rotary stirring water distributor includes a rotary inlet pipe, stirring pipes, water distribution pipes, a ball head shaft, a fixed inlet pipe, a bowl seat, a first seal ring, and a second seal ring. The stirring water distributor is vertically mounted, the fixed inlet pipe is vertically arranged and inserted into the rotary inlet pipe, the fixed inlet pipe and the rotary inlet pipe are mechanically sealed through the seal rings therebetween, the rotary inlet pipe is a vertically mounted pipe, and the rotary inlet pipe is vertically mounted in a semispherical groove of the bowl seat through the ball head shaft mounted at one end of the rotary inlet pipe.
CONICAL MIXER
A conical mixer with two conical bodies that are sloped downward toward a discharge opening on a bottom, middle portion of the conical mixer. The conical mixer has a horizontally placed agitator axle with a plurality of agitator arms extending from the agitator axle. At least one paddle is attached to each agitator arms. As the agitator arms get closer to the middle, the length of the arms is increased. The conical mixer ensures proper mixing of the contents as well as using the slope of the conical bodies to assist in pushing the contents toward the discharge opening.
Beverage stirring assembly
A beverage stirring assembly for selectively stirring a liquid in a container includes a container that may contain a liquid. A stirring unit is removably coupled to the container and the stirring unit is selectively manipulated. The stirring unit stirs the liquid when the stirring unit is manipulated. Moreover, the stirring unit is selectively removed from the container thereby facilitating an interior of the container to be washed.
