Aquaponic system and enclosure

An aquaponic system comprises a growing enclosure having a roof and first second transparent parallel perimeter walls. A controller may energize a motor-driven spindle above and between the perimeter walls to raise or lower wound sheets of reflective material to control sunlight admitted into the enclosure. A fish tank within the enclosure contains fluid and fish and a drain outlet leading to a sludge separator. Sludge is processed through a series of biofilter tanks to produce a nutrient fluid irrigated onto plants growing in bed tubes arrayed in cylindrical grow towers. Tubs beneath the grow towers contain nutrient soil and other organisms. Several closed loops of pumped fluid flows circulate nutrient fluids among the fish tank, sludge tank, biofilter tanks, and irrigation lines for the grow towers. Flow restrictors balance these flow loops. Vortex oxygenators at points along the flow loops mix air into the circulating nutrient fluids.

Agricultural proactive air/surface decontamination system and devices

A system for decontaminating/neutralizing breathable air and surfaces in an occupied enclosed space, i.e., agricultural greenhouse, includes mounting an atmospheric hydroxyl radical generator along an inside surface of the atmospheric hydroxyl radical generator having respective opposite air inlets and air outlets. The hydroxyl radical generator includes a polygonal housing supporting a plurality of spaced crystal-spliced UV optics, which are tubular, medical grade pure quartz optics to emit/irradiate ultraviolet in the nanometer wavelength/ultraviolet spectrum of between 100 and 400 nanometers for deactivating and neutralizing atmospheric chemicals and pathogens in breathable air and surfaces. The hydroxyl radicals contact the walls of the reaction chamber housing. The hydroxyl radicals become created and excited to react quickly with impurities including VOC, virus, bacteria and fungi, rendering them inactivated and neutral. The breathable air passes through the polygonal housing and is decontaminated and neutralized of impurities before entering the occupied enclosed space.

MODULAR AEROPONIC GARDEN SYSTEM
20250280774 · 2025-09-11 ·

The present invention includes a modular aeroponic garden system for growing plants. Through circulating an atomized fluid, nutrients and air through a conduit circuit the modular aeroponic garden system provides a closed-loop aeroponic system for growing plants. The closed-loop configuration allows the user to better control the internal environmental conditions of the modular aeroponic garden system, therein facilitating improved plant growth. Modular sections of conduit and modular joints allow the user to customize the aeroponic garden system to unique spaces and grow a variable quantity of plants. In doing so, the closed-loop system reduces time spent on maintenance, cleaning and monitoring of the plants grown within the modular aeroponic garden system and the system itself while better conserving resources such as water, electricity, and nutrients than comparable open-loop systems. In addition, novel open systems are provided, wherein fog generation devices are placed within the garden system.
