An aeration nozzle is provided, having on one end an air supply port (16a) connected to an aeration pump (13) and a waste water suction port (17) for suctioning waste water in a processing tank (3, 4), and having a micro-bubble generation unit (18), provided facing the air supply port, for mixing air supplied by the air supply port and waste water suctioned from the waste water suction port and generating micro-bubbles (9), wherein a plurality of blades of cylindrical micro-bubble generators (19) included in the micro-bubble generation unit (18) is configured such that tip ends of the blades are formed so as to face one another around the center of the cylindrical micro-bubble generators (19a, 19b); and by being formed from an elastic member (such as rubber), the tip ends of the blades are configured so as to bend with the base ends as starting points.

ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE PRODUCTION METHOD, PRODUCTION SYSTEM THEREFOR, AND PRODUCTION DEVICE THEREFOR

Organic light-emitting device manufacturing method performed by using a manufacturing apparatus placed where light from outside is blocked and a lighting device emitting light constituted of light components with wavelengths of 500 nm or longer is placed. The manufacturing apparatus includes a main body having an ejector ejecting ink containing organic light-emitting material and a light-transmissive tube forming at least part of a transport path connecting a tank containing the ink and the ejector. The method includes: removing the ink inside the transport path when a total exposure amount ET (lux×hours) satisfies ET≧α×17500 where a is a constant satisfying α≧1. ET is a product of E denoting light amount (lux) from the lighting device to which the tube is exposed and T denoting time amount (hours) over which the tube is exposed to the light from the lighting device.

Self-cleaning spray valve assembly

Systems and methods for producing consistent spray patterns and for diminishing clogging experienced when applying spray adhesive from a spray gun are provided. One system includes an automatic non-atomizing spray valve operably coupled to a first and second flow valve. The spray and flow valves are electronically controlled using logic running on a processing unit. The logic is programmed to carry out a spray cycle that involves dispensing a first liquid from the spray valve (first phase) and then dispensing a second liquid through the same spray valve (second phase). Because the first liquid (e.g., water-based adhesive) has the potential to clog a nozzle of the spray valve, a short burst of the second liquid (e.g., cleaning fluid) is introduced to prevent the nozzle from clogging. The spray valve is configured as a pulse width modulated spray gun to further reduce clogging and to generate an evenly distributed spray pattern.

Dispensing head for a system for dispensing a product
09724712 · 2017-08-08 · ·

A dispensing head for a system for dispensing a product, having a body having a well for mounting the head on a tube for the pressurized supply of the product and a recess in communication with the well by means of a dispensing path. The recess being equipped with a nozzle delimiting a dispensing space between the path and a discharge passage formed in the nozzle. The nozzle being equipped with an insert that has a membrane forming, in the space, a communication interface between an upstream part in which the path emerges and a downstream part that supplies the discharge passage. The membrane being reversibly deformable by the product exerting pressure coming from the upstream part, between a resting state in which the size of the interface is minimal and a stressed state in which the size of said interface is increased in order to provide dispensing.

COATING SYSTEM FOR COATING OBJECTS
20170216870 · 2017-08-03 ·

A coating system for coating objects, wherein a coating material can be dispensed by an application device with a dispensing arrangement. A supply system having at least first and second feed containers for coating material are connected via first and second supply lines and first and second material valves, respectively, to the dispensing arrangement. Also provided is a cleaning system having at least one first cleaning line and a second cleaning line, to which rinsing agent can be fed via a first rinsing agent feed line and a second rinsing agent feed line, respectively. The first and second cleaning lines are connected via first and second cleaning valves to the first and supply lines, respectively. The first cleaning line and the second cleaning line are connected via a connection line at connection points disposed in front of each cleaning valve relative to the flow direction towards the dispensing arrangement.

Suspension plasma injector system and method of flushing the system

A thermal sprayer system includes an injector conduit in communication with an injector and a first valve for selectively directing a coating fluid through the injector conduit. A flush fluid conduit is in communication with the injector conduit for directing a flush fluid through the injector conduit. A pressurized air conduit is in communication with the injector conduit for directing a pressurized fluid through the injector conduit.

ELECTRO-ANTI DEPOSIT DEVICE FOR REMOVING MINERAL DEPOSITS IN DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEMS
20170275768 · 2017-09-28 ·

An electro-anti deposit device is coupled to an irrigation pipe for removing mineral deposit from drippers of the pipe. The electro-anti deposit device includes an engine configured to move the electro-anti deposit device along the pipe. The electro-anti deposit device also includes a mineral deposit removal module. The mineral deposit removal module includes a water container, a battery, and two electrodes. The water container may be configured to create an ionic environment at a dripper. The dripper may be covered with the mineral deposit. The battery may be configured to generate electric current. The two electrodes may be connected to two poles of the battery with a space separating tips of the two electrodes.

Coolant nozzle having function of automatically eliminating clogging by foreign matter
09770803 · 2017-09-26 · ·

A nozzle through which a liquid coolant is discharged is provided with an outer tube, a projecting member and an inner tube disposed inside the outer tube, and an elastic body disposed between the inner tube and a discharge port of the outer tube. If foreign matter accumulates on a nozzle opening of the inner tube, the elastic body is compressed by the inner tube under the pressure of the coolant, so that the inner tube moves toward the discharge port. Consequently, the projecting member penetrates the nozzle opening, thereby automatically removing the foreign matter accumulated on the nozzle opening.

Housing for a nozzle

A housing selectively encloses a nozzle. The housing has a body that partially defines an interior space in which the nozzle is configured to be disposed. The housing also includes a cover assembly that selectively blocks a first aperture of the body and further defines the interior space. Additionally, the housing has a piston that is disposed in the interior space and secured to the nozzle. The piston defines a gas inlet, a liquid inlet, and an outlet fluidly connected to both the gas inlet and the liquid inlet. The housing further includes a biasing member attached to the piston. The biasing member is configured to exert a biasing force that biases the nozzle to a retracted position. The biasing member is further configured such that when pressurized gas flows through the body, the biasing force is overcome such that the nozzle is disposed in an extended position.
