USER CONFIGURABLE TRAILER
20220017168 · 2022-01-20 ·

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, coordinate dynamic adjustments of a trailer based in part on a user profile associated with a user physically present at the trailer and an activity profile associated with an activity selected to be performed at the trailer. A dynamic adjustment may modify a tilt of a lower surface of the trailer. A dynamic adjustment may modify a dimension(s) of the trailer based in part on a detected object(s). Various dynamic adjustments may occur concurrently, individually and/or sequentially. The trailer may be a moveable trailer for temporary attachment with a vehicle.

SQUASH BALL LAUNCHING MACHINE

An automatic ball launcher includes a ball feed control system that includes a meter wheel with radially-spaced ribs or grooves to selectively block and pass balls to the flywheels of the launcher. The meter wheel rotates to selectively block and release a single ball to pass at a time. The controller of the launcher can be programmed to stop the meter wheel when a ball has been metered by monitoring the current at peak of the motor driving the meter wheel. A meter-event can be determined to have occurred when the current of the drive motor drops to a trough by a pre-set magnitude following a rise to a peak value. A remote control can be provided for the user to operate the launching machine and adjust a plurality of parameters.

System and method for improving a basketball player's shooting by facilitating creation and revision of a customized basketball practice arrangement

A user interface includes a plurality of pass receipt locations rendered at spaced positions on or adjacent to the rendering of a three-point line to correspond with pass receipt locations on a basketball playing surface. Each pass receipt location is individually and directly selected by physical touch to define a custom basketball practice arrangement which is programmed into a control system to cause an ejector mounted to a frame to launch at least one basketball to each selected location.

OVERCAP FOR A TENNIS BALL CONTAINER

An overcap for a container for storing at least one tennis ball, the container extending along a longitudinal axis and having an open end. The overcap includes a body adapted for removably attachment to the open end of the tennis ball container. The body includes a peripheral rim for engaging an outer surface of the container at the open end, and a lip projecting from the peripheral rim toward the longitudinal axis. The peripheral lip extends over a portion of the open end of the tennis ball container. The lip defines a first opening.

System for identifying a golf ball having a radar detectable mark

A golf ball sorting system has a ball feeder, a ball mover, a detector, and a sorting system. The ball feeder may be configured to receive a plurality of golf balls. The ball mover may be configured to move each of the plurality of golf balls one at a time at a predetermined minimum speed. The detector may be configured to inspect each of the plurality of golf balls moved by the movement mechanism and output a detection result based on the inspection. The sorting system may be configured to receive the detection result and sort the plurality of golf balls based on the detection result to separate golf balls that include a mark that is not visible to an observer from golf balls that do not include a mark.

Ball collecting and discharging machine

A main body of a ball collecting and discharging machine includes a traveling portion and a ball collecting and discharging portion to collect and discharge balls. A controller causes the ball collecting and discharging portion to collect the balls scattered in a ball scattered area while causing the traveling portion to cause the main body to travel along a ball collecting route in the ball scattered area. When the ball collecting and discharging portion reaches a state of being ready to discharge balls during or after ball collecting work, the controller causes the traveling portion to cause the main body to travel along the ball discharging route and causes the ball collecting and discharging portion to discharge balls at the ball discharging site.

Pet fetching device

Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for interactive fetching for one or more participants, such as pets. In one implementation, a projectile, such as a ball, is received in a receiver and transported through an opening into a feeder of a randomizer. One of a plurality of chutes is randomly selected using gravity, and the projectile is transported from the feeder into the selected chute. The chute generates a smooth roll along a ramp to a port, from which the projectile is ejected along an ejection path for the participant to retrieve.

Ball picking robot and ball unloading method using the same

A ball picking robot and a ball unloading method using the same. The ball picking robot includes a chassis, an L-shaped hanging lug, a ball storage frame, an electric push rod disposed on the chassis, a baffle disposed on the chassis, a bracket disposed on the chassis and a drive motor for driving the electric push rod to move. A movable end of the electric push rod is connected with one end of the L-shaped hanging lug, the other end of the L-shaped hanging lug is connected with a side of the ball storage frame, and a camera is disposed on the bracket.

Portable Sports Rack And Delivery System
20230338812 · 2023-10-26 ·

A portable sports rack and delivery system including an elongate rack casing, and a method of use thereof are provided. The elongate rack casing defines a storage space for accommodating balls stacked one above the other. A delivery opening, disposed at a first end of the elongate rack casing, receives, accommodates, and delivers an uppermost ball from the storage space. A base member, attached to a second end of the elongate rack casing, supports the stacked balls within the storage space. A release mechanism disposed within the elongated rack casing elevates the uppermost ball from the storage space for delivery through the delivery opening. A training component, operably and adjustably coupled to a rear section of the elongate rack casing, extends above the first end of the elongate rack casing to assist in training a sportsperson.
