A mobile video system includes a first video source, a second video source, a first video monitor, a second video monitor, an audio signal receiver, and a wireless transmitter. One of the first video source and the second video source generates a first audiovisual signal. One of the first video monitor and the second video monitor receives a video portion of at least one of the first audiovisual signal and the second audiovisual signal. The wireless transmitter transmits an audio portion of one of the first audiovisual signal or the second audiovisual signal to the audio signal receiver. A video portion of the first audiovisual signal or the second audiovisual signal is displayed on the first video monitor, on the second video monitor, or on both the first video monitor and the second video monitor.

ADJUSTABLE UPPER SEATBACK MODULE

A vehicle seating assembly has a seat having a lower seat and a seatback extending upwardly from the lower seat. The seatback has a lower stationary seatback base portion having a seatback frame assembly, and an upper movable seatback hood module vertically adjustable relative the lower stationary portion. The upper movable seatback hood module has an upper seatback slide bracket, and a plurality of rail guides slidably engaging a rail. An electric motor drive unit engages a driven member to vertically adjust the upper movable seatback hood module relative the lower stationary portion when the electric motor drive unit is actuated.

EXTENDED SEATBACK MODULE HEAD RESTRAINT ATTACHMENT

A vehicle seating assembly for a motor vehicle has a lower seat and a seatback extending upwardly from the lower seat. The seatback comprises a forward facing surface, a rearward facing surface, and a headrest mounted on an upper portion of the seatback and received within a central recess disposed on the forward facing surface of the seatback, wherein the seatback further comprises a headrest dovetail mounted on the headrest and a dovetail receiver mounted within the recess having a slot into which the headrest dovetail is received.

INTEGRATED INDEPENDENT THIGH SUPPORTS

A vehicle seating assembly has a seat having a lower seat and a seatback extending upwardly from the lower seat. The lower seat comprises a cushion frame assembly connected to a vehicle floor and a cushion leg jounce bracket comprising a base and a paddle connected with the cushion frame assembly. The paddle extends upwardly and forwardly to form a vertical gap between a distal end of the paddle and a forward portion of the cushion frame assembly to provide independent and resilient support for an occupant's thighs. A cushion foam assembly is disposed above and is attached to the cushion frame, a forward portion of the cushion foam assembly being supported by the paddle of the cushion leg jounce bracket.

INTEGRATED SOUND SYSTEM

A vehicle seating assembly comprises a seat having a lower seat and a seatback extending upwardly from the lower seat. The seatback comprises a forward facing surface, a rearward facing surface, a headrest mounted on an upper portion of the seatback and received within a headrest cup disposed on the forward facing surface of the seatback, a speaker assembly mounted in the headrest cup, and a resonance cavity formed proximate the headrest cup within which the speaker assembly is received.

A vehicle seat includes a seat base, a backrest, a head restraint, and a pump. The backrest is coupled to the seat base. The head restraint includes a rigid backing member, a padding, an inflatable bladder, and a cover. The backing member is coupled to the backrest. The padding is coupled to the backing member and disposed at least along a forward face of an upper portion of the backing member. The inflatable bladder is coupled to the backing member and disposed along a forward face of a lower portion of the backing member. The padding and the inflatable bladder are disposed between the backing member and the cover. The pump is coupled for fluid communication with the inflatable bladder. The bladder is selectively inflated or deflated to improve the comfort of the head restraint.

Headrest

Provided is a headrest that is capable of improving the rigidity of a headrest frame and preventing the leakage of a foaming agent upon integral foam formation of the headrest. The headrest, which is disposed on the upper part of a seatback and includes a headrest frame inside the headrest, includes a retaining portion of a headrest stay guide in the headrest frame. Further, the headrest is configured in a manner that a headrest skin is sandwiched between the headrest stay guide and the headrest frame.

GEARBOX FOR ACTUATING A COMPONENT OF A VEHICLE SEAT

A gearbox for actuating at least one component of a vehicle seat. The gearbox includes a housing. An input pulley and an output pulley are rotatably coupled to the housing. A sun gear is attached to one of the pulleys. A ring gear is coupled to the housing and disposed about the sun gear. A plurality of planetary gears are attached to the other of the pulleys and are operably engaged with the sun gear and the ring gear. An input cable is coupled to the input pulley to rotate the input pulley in a first direction. An output cable is coupled to the output pulley and moves in a first direction in response to rotation of the input pulley. A biasing member is operatively connected to the output pulley to rotate the output pulley in a second direction opposite of the first direction to move the input cable.

Bearing for use in sliding head restraint

The present disclosure relates to bearings, guide sleeves and head restraint assemblies for automobiles.

Headrest

A headrest has a pad that is formed integrally with an outer cover by foam molding, and is also provided with: a low-resilience layer that is set in a front part of the pad and has lower resilience than the pad; a support member that is harder than the pad and supports the low-resilience layer from a backside of the low-resilience layer; and a blocking member that is located at a position to cover a contact area of the low-resilience layer and the support member from an outer circumference side while being in contact with at least one of the low-resilience layer and the support member and blocks infiltration of a foamed resin material of the pad into the contact area.
