Organic or organo-mineral fertilizers, method of producing thereof and production unit therefor
An apparatus for producing an organic or organo-mineral fertilizer includes a main tank receiving water, a reactor providing cavitation and magnetic field for activating water or for treating a biological suspension, a mixing tank containing a preliminary shredder, an injector receiving and saturating the suspension with air, a fermenter receiving the obtained mixture and creating a volumetric liquid-air flow passed therethrough and fermented by biological humus. The suspension is filtered and passed into a clearing tank. At predetermined conditions, the apparatus carries out a method encompassing a preliminary treatment of water in a looped circuit by connecting the main tank with the reactor via a pump. The activated water is supplied to the mixing tank added with preliminary shredded humus. The circuit is reconnected to further treat the suspension, finally shred its particles, supply it to the fermenter, additionally mix it with humus, filter it and thereby obtain the fertilizer.
METHODS OF EXTRACTING INORGANIC NUTRIENTS FROM PRETREATED BIOMASS TO FORM A FERTILIZER COMPOSITION, AND RELATED SYSTEMS
The present disclosure includes methods of making a fertilizer composition from pretreated biomass by removing one or more inorganic nutrients from a fermentation beer to form an aqueous fertilizer composition. The present disclosure also includes systems configured to make a fertilizer composition from pretreated biomass, where the systems include one or more apparatuses in fluid communication with a fermentation vessel, wherein at least one apparatus is configured to remove one or more inorganic nutrients from the fermentation beer to form an aqueous fertilizer composition.
Bioreactor system and method
The present invention is a composting bioreactor system that can be continually fed with biodegradable solid wastes, waste waters and exhaust gases, that can automatically recycle the biodegradable wastes into liquid nutrients and heat energy, and that automatically supplies the nutritious liquid and heat into the integrated hydroponics system or aquaponics system. The invention together with the integrated food growing system can be installed onsite in places such as household balconies, household backyards and premises of restaurants and food factories etc. therefore can lead to zero mileage targets both for recycling the wastes and for growing the foods consumed in the same location. It can fully recover and reuse all the nutrients and heat energy from the treated wastes. It can also reach the target of nearly zero pollution to the environment during all processes. For better operational efficiency, an oblique cone agitator, a fish plow agitator and a vortex flower turbine are specially designed for the bioreactor system.
Aerobic Hose Wrap Composting Apparatus And Method For Decomposing Waste Material
Decomposing waste material may use a no-turn, aerobic composting apparatus that includes an enclosure for containing waste material and a fluid distribution system including a fluid injection member removably disposable in waste material disposed in the enclosure. The fluid injection member includes a plurality of spaced apertures for injecting fluid into the waste material.
WORM HARVESTING APPARATUS
A vermiculture unit comprises structural elements defining an interior fillable with organic substance and through which worms for converting the organic substance to environmentally compatible products migrate; a perforated surface for supporting the organic substance; and fixed walls extending upwardly from the perforated surface to a void area located below an uppermost edge of the structural elements, removal of worms from the interior that is below the void area being prevented by the fixed walls. An extractor is insertable into the interior via the void area, for extracting from the interior, solidified organic substance to which the worms have upwardly migrated, allowing grown worms to be separated from the extracted organic substance and collected. In one embodiment, the extractor is an openwork drawer member. In another embodiment, the structural elements are used for vermicomposting while an inclined surface receives worm processed byproducts downwardly discharged through the perforated surface.
WASTE MATERIAL PROCESSING SYSTEM
An organic waste material processing system includes a waste material holding tank and a slurry-producing device configured to process organic waste material into a slurry. A waste processing section has at least one pressurizeable tank connected to the waste material holding tank receiving slurry therefrom. The pressurizeable tank includes a slurry temperature adjusting part and a first hydrocarbon capturing structure configured to capture hydrocarbon vapors produced by the slurry at a predetermined temperature. A hydrocarbon vapor processing section collects captured hydrocarbon vapors from the waste processing section such that an electric power producing apparatus generates electricity using collected hydrocarbon vapor and provides electric power to at least the pretreatment section and the waste processing section. A waste post-processing section is configured to receive processed slurry produce salable organic materials, nutrient enhanced media and recycled water.
TETRA VERMI COMPOST CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR COMPOSTING AGRICULTURAL WASTE
A tetra vermi compost container and a method for composting in a container made from a flexible fabric with walls secured by rope. Support pockets affixed to the exterior of the sidewalls for receiving support poles. Apertures in the sidewalls vent the container. Vermi wash or leachate drains through an aperture in the bottom wall into a drainage pipe and the free end of the pipe empties into a cup installed in a pit within the work surface. The compost method yields manure. The tetra vermi compost container is collapsible so that it can be easily assembled and disassembled for operation at multiple sites and for storing agricultural waste.
ANAEROBIC COLUMN REACTOR FOR BIODEGRADATION OF WASTES AND THE PROCESS THEREOF
The present invention relates to an anaerobic column reactor for biodegradation of wastes. Particularly the present invention relates to a process for conversion of biodegradable wastes to biogas and compost. More particularly, the present invention relates to an anaerobic reactor with unique arrangement of expanded and constricted portions alternatively placed vertically over each other which enhances the mixing pattern and thereby the mass transfer rates while controlling the biomass washout by regulating the upflow liquid velocity.
