A grocery transport system comprising a storage facility (600) for goods; the storage facility comprising one or several storage rooms having a controlled environment in that the temperature and the relative humidity of the air in the storage room is controlled so that it is kept within certain predetermined ranges; wherein the goods comprises a plurality of different types of goods sorted into different temperature ranges (TI, TIl, TIll, TIV), each type of goods being stored in a corresponding storage room (650.sub.TI, 650.sub.TII, 650.sub.TIII, 650.sub.TIV) having a temperature in accordance with the corresponding goods temperature range (TI, TIl, TIll, TIV); a loading facility for enabling chilled or frozen goods is to be packed into closable and sealable containers (20); said loading facility comprising a plurality of said closable and sealable containers (20) for use in the distribution of said chilled or frozen goods in an air atmosphere environment; a delivery vehicle for transporting said closable and sealable containers (20), when loaded with a predetermined amount of chilled or frozen goods, to a delivery destination.

Disclosed is a flexible packaging container, in particular a plastic film pouch or bag for bulk goods, comprising a front wall (2) and a rear wall (3) as well as a holding space (15) between said walls (2, 3) for goods to be stored; the walls (2, 3) are made at least in part of a film material; the flexible packaging container further comprising an intermediate space (14) which is formed by an inner ply (4) and is separated from the holding space (15) by said inner ply (4); the holding space (15) can be evacuated into the intermediate space (14) via at least one holding space evacuation hole (7) in the inner ply (4), and the intermediate space (14) can be evacuated out of the packaging container (1) via at least one additional evacuation hole (11) that interrupts a transverse seam; the front wall (2) does not comprise any of the longitudinal seam (12) that seals the packaging container (1) in the peripheral direction; the inner ply (4) is formed by a strip (4) which is located on a side of the front wall (2) facing the intermediate space (14) and which is fastened to the front wall (2) using two longitudinal seams extending between top and bottom transverse seams (5.1, 5.2).

Secure shopping bag
A security handle for a bag that holds merchandise, a bag incorporating the handle and a method of using the same. A first handle section of the security handle is secured to a first wall of the bag. A second section of the handle is folded over an upper end of the bag and is secured to a second wall of the bag that is opposite the first wall. The handle thereby closes off access to an interior compartment defined by the bag, thereby securing merchandise within the interior compartment. The handle includes a selectively removable tamper-proof opener member positioned between the first and second handle sections. The opener member is removed after delivery of the bag to a customer to allow access to interior compartment of the bag. The opener member may be a pull tab that is integrally formed with the first and second handle sections.

The invention relates to a valve bag, in particular a cross-bottom valve bag, comprising a first wall and a second wall, which are joined to each other by means of side edges or side folds and by means of bottoms and which delimit a bag interior, comprising a valve, which is arranged in one of the bottoms and via which the bag interior can be filled with a filling material, and comprising venting openings in the first and/or in the second wall for venting the bag interior. At least one channel is provided on the outside of at least one wall, which channel covers the venting openings and is formed at least by two parallel fastening strips and by a cover strip, the cover strip likewise comprising venting openings, and wherein the shortest path between the parallel fastening strips along the cover strip is longer than the shortest path along the at least one wall or the cover strip, and/or the parallel fastening strips consist of stretchable material.
