In the deployed position, the position of the desk is further vehicle-rearward than the position of the desk in the undeployed position.

A display device includes a housing with an opening; an electro-optic layer that includes a transmissive-reflective layer and configured to vary reflectivity of incident light; a display provided on the electro-optic layer; a control circuit that controls an operation of the display device; and an actuator that switches the electro-optic layer between first and second postures, wherein the control circuit: controls an operation of the display, generates a trimmed image matching a shape of the opening or a shape of the display, outputs the trimmed image to the display, controls the reflectivity of the electro-optic layer when the electro-optic layer is in the second posture, and does not control the reflectivity of the electro-optic layer when the electro-optic layer is in the first posture, and the display is visible to a driver through the electro-optic layer when the control circuit controls the display to display the trimmed image.

A vehicle interior system for a vehicle includes a steering wheel support assembly operable between retracted and extended positions and having a steering wheel coupled thereto, a foot pedal disposed within a foot well of the vehicle and operable between a foot pedal use position and a foot pedal stowed position, and a foot rest disposed within the foot well and operable between a foot rest use position and a foot rest stowed position. The lighting portion overlaps the lighting device and the light from the lighting device passes through the lighting portion to the vehicular compartment and the surrounding portion is near the lighting portion.

An assembly includes an airbag inflatable to an inflated position. The assembly includes an airbag housing supporting the airbag, the airbag housing having a side wall that is movable outward to a deployed position upon inflation of the airbag. The assembly includes a display screen moveable from an initial position to a stowed position, the display screen operatively coupled to the side wall such that movement of the side wall to the deployed position moves the display screen to the stowed position.

The mechanical retainers may be attached to the frame to define a position for each of the plurality of mechanical retainers, such that the mechanical retainers define the curved shape. Embodiments of processes to form such articles are also provided. Such processes can include attaching a plurality of separate mechanical retainers to a flexible glass substrate such that the glass substrate maintains its flexibility, and attaching the mechanical retainers to a frame, such that the mechanical retainers attached to the frame define a cold-formed curved shape for the flexible glass substrate.
