Adjustable combined flashing and mounting apparatus and method of mounting to be used therewith
The present disclosure is directed to a roof mounting system that utilizes a base plate that is affixed to a roof surface by multiple fasteners (e.g., lag bolts, screws etc.) and a cap (e.g., top cap) that attaches to the base plate covering the fasteners affixing the base plate to the roof surface. Once attached, the top cap covers the fasteners preventing water infiltration. To further waterproof the fasteners affixing the base plate to the roof surface, the base plate includes a raised or elevated section on its top surface with a planar flange extending around the elevated section. A portion of the flange may be disposed beneath a single or shingles on a roof surface. The fasteners extend through the elevated section. Accordingly, water drains around the elevated section when the base plate is attached to a roof surface further isolating the fasteners.
Adjustable shelf support system for medicine cabinets
An adjustable locking shelf support system for use in a medicine cabinet or other cabinet. The adjustable shelf support members have set-off lugs which are inserted and locked into slots in a recessed race located in the vertical walls of the cabinet. The front portion of the adjustable locking shelf support member protrudes into the cabinet toward the front has a channel that, together with the cooperating adjustable locking shelf support member located on the opposite side vertical wall of the cabinet, accepts a shelf made of glass or other material. The adjustable shelf support members can be removed and replaced throughout the cabinet in other slots evenly spaced in a vertical orientation in the recessed race of the vertical walls of the cabinet.
SLIDE RAIL ASSEMBLY
A slide rail assembly includes a first rail and a second rail. The first rail includes a passage. The second rail is accommodated in the passage of the first rail. The second rail includes a first wall, a second wall and a longitudinal wall connected between the first wall and the second wall. The first wall has an extension portion extending beyond the second wall a predetermined distance. Wherein, the extension portion of the first wall of the second rail is configured to be operatively placed into the passage of the first rail and supported by the first rail.
Modular clamping system
A clamping system includes a housing, a clamping lever pivotally coupled relative to the housing, a clamping arm pivotally coupled relative to the housing and the clamping lever, and an expandable link coupled to the clamping arm. The clamping lever and the clamping arm are rotatable from an open position to a closed position. A method of mounting a device on a substrate using the clamping system is also provided.
Position-adjustable support assembly
A position-adjustable support assembly comprises at least one surface mount, an actuator affixed thereto, and a body coupled to and supported on the actuator free of the at least one surface mount. The body is moveable relative to the at least one surface mount in response to a motive force applied by the actuator. The actuator may be affixed to the at least one surface mount inboard of an outer perimeter defined by a frame portion of the body so as to be accommodated interstitially between the at least one surface mount and the body. In some embodiments, the support assembly may further comprise a strain gauge, coupled to the body at a terminal region thereof, which may be configured to detect a strain force acting on the body in the terminal region and control movement of the body based on the strain force detected by the strain gauge.
Antenna mount
An antenna mount comprising: a building attachment section including an accessible end; and an antenna support section including a free end and a second accessible end. The accessible end and the second accessible are attached to each other by a joint. The free end is designed so that the antenna can be attached to it. The invention is designed so that the free end is vertical and the antenna is situated far away enough from the building so that it will clear the building when rotated 360.
