20200032452 · 2020-01-30 · ·

A heating device includes a holder, a receiver, a heating unit, a vertical mover, and circuitry. The holder holds a heating target object. The receiver removably holds the holder. The heating unit heats the heating target object. The vertical mover moves at least one of the receiver and the heating unit vertically relative to each other, between a non-contact heating position and a contact heating position. The circuitry causes the vertical mover to move the at least one of the receiver and the heating unit to the non-contact position, causes the heating unit to heat the heating target object in a non-contact state, causes the vertical mover to move the at least one of the receiver and the heating unit to the contact heating position, and causes the heating unit to heat the heating target object in a contact state.

Warp transferring machine

A warp transferring machine includes a color transferring unit, a colored paper unit and a yarn arranging unit. The color transferring unit includes a heating roller, a driving shaft, a separable shaft, a supporting shaft that are rotatable about their respective axes and a pressing belt that is looped therearound to circulate continuously. The colored paper unit and the yarn arranging unit respectively guide a colored paper and a yarn toward the heating roller such that the pressing belt presses thereagainst so as to transfer colors of the colored paper onto the yarn.

METHOD FOR PROCESSING HEAT TRANSFER LABELS
20190389613 · 2019-12-26 ·

A method for processing heat transfer labels for quality assurance purposes that may be provided in the form of a roll, with defective heat transfer labels remaining included within the roll instead of being removed. A marking system may be used during or after production of the heat transfer labels in order to distinguish acceptable heat transfer labels from defective heat transfer labels to prevent the latter from being used in the manufacture of garments or other goods. A sensor eye may be disposed on the heat bonder used in the production process to detect the marks and automatically advance the roll to the next acceptable heat transfer label.

COMPOSITE IMAGE HEAT TRANSFER WITH SCANNABLE MARK
20190381776 · 2019-12-19 ·

A composite image heat transfer is disclosed for use on specific merchandising articles, sports jerseys, or other apparel for a specific sport. A scannable mark would be embedded in a heat transfer positioned on a sports jersey, such as a jersey number or a club crest. The scannable mark would be scanned by a user to provide stats, personal information, or other information about the corresponding sports team/club and/or individual athlete. The user can also register the scannable mark and follow the sports team/club and/or athlete on social media. Thus, the composite image heat transfer with embedded scannable mark would link each jersey number with information related to the corresponding player/athlete, and each club crest would be linked to information related to the corresponding club/team. This would enable a strong interaction through social media and other web tools between athletes and/or clubs and fans.

An image forming apparatus includes an image forming section and a controller. The image forming section selectively forms a first toner image to be printed on transfer paper other than plain paper with use of a toner and forms a second toner image to be printed on the plain paper with use of the toner. The controller controls the image forming section and thereby makes a first area density of the toner in the first toner image and a second area density of the toner in the second toner image differ from each other.

Pigment transfer paper and process for transfer to a textile substrate

The invention is directed to a pigment transfer sheet (1) suitable for transferring an image to a textile substrate (2), said transfer sheet comprising a base layer and a transfer layer, said transfer layer being present in an amount of 5 to 20 g/m.sup.2, preferably in an amount of 8 to 15 g/m.sup.2 such as about 12 g/m.sup.2. A further aspect of the present invention is a process wherein this transfer sheet is used for transferring an image from a pigment transfer sheet to a textile substrate to provide a textile product carrying said image, said process comprising a transfer step comprising applying a surface pressure of at least 0.4 bar and heat to the superimposed contacted transfer sheet and textile substrate. Yet another aspect of the invention is a textile product (3) obtainable by the sheet and the process, which textile product has favorable properties like good hand and color fastnesses.

Pad Printed Apparel
