The invention relates to a method for connecting a connection piece to a U-shaped ring anchor for a head module for rail vehicles, the head module consisting predominantly of fiber-reinforced plastic material and having an outer shell and the ring anchor consisting of fiber-reinforced plastic material and being arranged in the roof region of the outer shell as a stiffening means. According to the method, connecting elements are fed through the dry or matrix-material-impregnated, unconsolidated fiber reinforcement structure of the ring anchor.
CRASH SYSTEM FOR A RAIL VEHICLE
The application relates to a crash system for the head module of a rail vehicle, said head module being detachably fixed to the front face of a subsequent railcar unit without additional underframe. The crash system has a crash conduction element that carries a crash box at its front end and the back end of which is fixed to the underframe support of the subsequent railcar unit. In the event of a crash, crash forces are thus absorbed by the underframe of the subsequent railcar unit.

Railcar head structure
A railcar head structure includes: a roof bodyshell positioned above a driver's cab window; and an underframe. The underframe includes: a pair of side sills; and a center sill located between the side sills and extending in a car longitudinal direction. A collision post is erected on a tip end of the center sill. A pillar is provided at the driver's cab window and extends so as to divide the driver's cab window. The pillar includes one end joined to the collision post and the other end joined to the roof bodyshell and couples the roof bodyshell and the collision post to each other.
Railcar head structure
A railcar head structure includes: a roof bodyshell positioned above a driver's cab window; and an underframe. The underframe includes: a pair of side sills; and a center sill located between the side sills and extending in a car longitudinal direction. A collision post is erected on a tip end of the center sill. A pillar is provided at the driver's cab window and extends so as to divide the driver's cab window. The pillar includes one end joined to the collision post and the other end joined to the roof bodyshell and couples the roof bodyshell and the collision post to each other.
