Upper edges of the side and edge walls (16, 17, 18, 19) include a lip portion (22) and securing clips (34) are located adjacent lower sides of the lip portions (22). A retaining loop (32) is provided such that the retaining loop (32) is locatable around outer surfaces of the first and second side walls (16, 17) and the first and second end walls (18) to be received in the securing clips (34) to secure the first and second side walls (16, 17) and first and second end walls (18, 19) together to define an outer wall (12) of the basket (10).
Reconfigurable container
A reconfigurable container is disclosed, the container being reconfigurable between a first configuration in which the container defines a receptacle for receiving an item, and a second configuration in which the container comprises a collapsed configuration for storage. The container comprises: a base and a wall which is arranged to extend around the base, the wall comprising at least two hingedly coupled wall portions, the base being hingedly coupled to a lower region of at least one wall portion, the wall further comprising a ledge disposed along a lower region thereof which is arranged to extend inwardly of the container, for supporting the base when the container is configured in the first configuration.
DURABLE NATURAL STRIP-WEAVING FABRIC PRODUCTS
A natural strip or strip-based weaving or weave fabric product or a natural strip or strip-based woven product is coated and protected with a crosslinking polyvinyl acetate (XPVAc or x-PVAc) adhesive. Said adhesive is applied and cured on the exterior surfaces of said product as a first coating layer or a primer in combination with a coating layer of acrylic, alkyd, asphalt, epoxy, latex, polyurethane, silicone coatings, urethane, vinyl ester, etc. coated over the cured adhesive as a second coating layer or a topcoat. Said product is woven or fabricated with stalks, stakes, staves, stems, sticks, strands, shoots, splints, straws, strings, twigs, bark, branches, laths, leaves, rods, roots, whicker, etc. of a fiber plant, a tree, or a crop, or the combination thereof.
Plastic container below 450 gr for horticulture products exports
Plastic container below 450 gr for horticulture products exports formed by a bottom, two large walls facing each other, two small walls facing each other and an upper closure system, the container has an optimized structure which allows to efficiently resist the forces to which it is subjected and to control deformation for the purpose of ensuring all the time and under any conditions the integrity and quality of the products contained inside.
Multifunctional breathable storage cabinet
A multifunctional breathable storage cabinet, including a frame body having a left frame and a right frame, and at least one set of sliding rails correspondingly mounted on the left frame and the right frame; a storage laminate or a storage basket capable of sliding along the sliding rail is mounted on the sliding rail; one inward end of the sliding rail is provided with a baffle, and the inner wall of one outward end of the sliding rail is provided with an elastic limiting device; the storage basket includes a sliding connecting piece capable of being inserted in the sliding rail and sliding along the sliding rail and a metal mesh storage basket body connected with the sliding connecting piece, and the sliding connecting piece is provided with a limiting protrusion capable of being in contact with the elastic limiting device to limit the storage basket.
Equipment locking box
An equipment locking system. The system includes a base container forming a partial enclosure. The base container including a bottom wall, a set of sidewalls, a rotatable anti-intrusion lid, and a locking mechanism that form a partial enclosure. The partial enclosure is configured to enclose a piece of equipment. The partial enclosure is configured to prevent access to the piece of equipment when the rotatable anti-intrusion lid is closed. Portions of the piece of equipment may protrude from gaps in individual sidewalls of the set of sidewalls. The rotatable anti-intrusion lid can be coupled to a sidewall of the set of sidewalls and rotated about the sidewall. Portions of the rotatable anti-intrusion lid can be inserted in the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism may restrict rotation of the rotatable anti-intrusion lid when the rotatable anti-intrusion lid is in the closed position, and the locking mechanism is in a locked position.
METAL LATH HAVING INTEGRAL HEM STRUCTURE
A metal lath having an integral hem structure includes a main body. The main body is formed by enclosing the metal lath so that the main body has a ring-shaped side wall. The side wall defines an accommodating space therein. Two ends of the main body are formed with openings to communicate with the accommodating space, respectively. One of the openings is integrally formed with a hem around an end edge of the opening by bending. The hem is integrally formed with the metal lath, which can reduce production time and cost effectively and can prevent the user from being cut by the metal lath.
BASKET WITH METAL SIDEWALLS
A basket includes a metal board which is deformed to form four sidewalls. A metal netted plate is connected to respective bottom ends of the four sidewalls to form a substantial cylindrical basket. A space is defined between the four sidewalls and the metal netted plate, and the size of the space is gradually enlarged from the bottom of the basket toward the top of the basket. The basket has four rounded corners and each rounded corner has a non-continuous portion. Each sidewall has an outward folded portion formed on the top end thereof. Multiple clips are connected to the underside of the metal netted plate.
Method for making mesh containers with a rail and mesh container formed thereform
The present invention is directed to a method of forming a container comprising forming a basket portion of metal mesh material and a rail connected to the basket portion. The rail extends substantially outwardly from the outer surface of the basket portion and the rail extends continuously around the outer surface of the basket portion. In one example, the method includes forming the rail so that it does not contain or surround a free edge of the basket portion. In another example, the method includes forming the rail so that it includes an opening for containing or surrounding a free edge of the basket portion. The method may also include forming a lower rail. The present invention is also directed to a container formed by such method.
