[Problem] To provide a network system, a topology management method, and a program that can quickly identify the location of the disorder.
[Solution] A network system includes a storage unit 130 that stores topology information 220A in a graph database 220 in chronological order, the topology information 220A including end point information and connection information of logical resources of the virtual network 11, end point information and connection information of physical resources of the physical network 1, and correspondence information between the logical resources and the physical resources; a setting information acquirer 121 that acquires setting information of the virtual network 11 from the orchestrator 300 using a change notification from the orchestrator 300 as a trigger; and a topology information management unit 120 that updates the topology information 220A stored in the graph database 220 of the storage unit 130 on the basis of the acquired setting information.
Identifying edge clouds within networks
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for managing network operations. The method generally includes selecting an edge cloud of a plurality of edge clouds to be used for performing one or more network operations for at least one endpoint device. In certain aspects, the selection may be based on an indication of at least one of an amount of available resources or capabilities associated with each of the plurality of edge clouds. In certain aspects, the method also includes configuring the edge cloud to perform the one or more network operations based on the selection.
SYSTEM FOR ENABLING AND DISABLING FLEXIBLE BANDWIDTH SHARED BY MULTIPLE CONTROL TERMINALS AND METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention discloses a system and a method for opening and closing an elastic bandwidth shared by multiple control terminals. The method includes: a terminal, the terminal sending a related instruction; and an elastic bandwidth controller, the elastic bandwidth controller receiving the instruction sent by the terminal and performing corresponding processing. The present invention can both solve the problem of conflicts among multiple applications and automatically close unnecessary invalid consumption, the opening and closing of the bandwidth can be efficiently controlled, and the degree of automation is relatively high.
TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK EDGE CLOUD INTERWORKING VIA EDGE EXCHANGE POINT
A processing system of an edge exchange point including at least one processor may receive, from a cloud service provider a request to allocate a first tag to communications between the cloud service provider and a first telecommunication network, transmit an acceptance of the request to allocate the first tag to the communications between the cloud service provider and the first telecommunication network, obtaining a first packet containing the first tag from the cloud service provider, and transmit the first packet to the first telecommunication network in accordance with the first tag.
Method and system for managing transmission resources in a SIP-based communication system
A method for managing transmission resources in a SIP-based communication system by a SIP registrar server can include receiving a first number of register requests from a first client from the number of clients, each register request corresponding to one slot in the predetermined first time period; receiving a second number of register requests from a second client of the number of clients, each register request corresponding to one slot in the predetermined first time period, wherein the second number of register requests exceeds the acceptable predetermined number of register requests for the second client, and assigning a number of slots not used by the first client within the predetermined first time period to the second client for sending the register requests which exceed the acceptable predetermined number of register requests for the second client. A system for implementation of the method and an apparatus can be utilized in embodiments of the method and the system.
Service level agreement (SLA) cognizent self-managing database connection pools in a multi-tenant environment
Embodiments of the invention provide a method, system and computer program product for SLA cognizant database connection management for multi-tenant environments. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for SLA cognizant database connection management for multi-tenant environments includes receiving different requests for data in a database from different application instances executing in memory of a host computing system supporting a multi-tenant computing environment and determining a priority for each of the requests. The method also includes selecting for each request a particular portion of a database connection pool of a multiplicity of database connections to the database, in that the particular portion is associated with a corresponding priority of the request, and each portion of the database connection pool includes one or more of the database connections. Finally, the method includes processing each of the requests through a respectively selected one of the portions of the database connection pool.

System and Method for Optimal Resource Allocation
The present disclosure relates generally to an improvement in computer processing to achieve a new outcome in real time with lower processing requirements and more particularly to a system and method for optimal resource allocation implemented in real time with lower processing requirements to increase responsiveness. When an electronically formatted resource response is received by a central server processing subsystem, the electronically formatted resource response is analysed first for a unique offer identifier at entry to the central server processing subsystem to identify the offer and then for an accept or decline marker.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK FAILURE DETECTION AND REMEDIATION UTILIZING LINK PROBES
Systems and methods for communications network failure detection and remediation utilizing link probes are disclosed. Exemplary methods include: receiving first communications from a first client; authenticating the first user of the first client; creating a registration for the first client in a registration database; establishing a connection to the first client; detecting the connection to the first client has failed, the detecting comprising using a link probe to test connectivity of the first client and utilizing a voting scheme, based on the plurality of connectivity test results, to determine that the connection to the first client has failed; receiving second communications from the second client; authenticating the first user of the second client using the telephone number and the security credential; removing the registration for the first client from the registration database; creating a registration for the second client; and establishing a connection to the second client.
Technologies for switching network traffic in a data center
Technologies for switching network traffic include a network switch. The network switch includes one or more processors and communication circuitry coupled to the one or more processors. The communication circuitry is capable of switching network traffic of multiple link layer protocols. Additionally, the network switch includes one or more memory devices storing instructions that, when executed, cause the network switch to receive, with the communication circuitry through an optical connection, network traffic to be forwarded, and determine a link layer protocol of the received network traffic. The instructions additionally cause the network switch to forward the network traffic as a function of the determined link layer protocol. Other embodiments are also described and claimed.
