A chair utilizing the apparatus and method of use are also provided herein.
NOISE-ABSORBENT AND ODOR-ADSORBENT FABRIC COVER SYSTEMS FOR VEHICLE INTERIORS
The present disclosure provides cover systems for covering components of a cabin interior of a vehicle, such as an automobile, a train car, a bus, a boat, or an aircraft, among others. For instance, the cover systems may cover one or more of a seat and a floor, among others, of the cabin interior. The fabric cover systems may absorb or partially absorb one or more of low-frequency sounds, such as low-frequency noise emitted by an engine, and high-frequency sounds, among others. The fabric cover systems may absorb or partially absorb odor molecules. The fabric covering systems may include multiple layers. For instance, one of the layers may include activated carbon fibers. The activated carbon fibers may absorb or partially absorb one or more of sounds, liquids, and odors, among others.
Ventilated Seat Cushion for Children
A ventilated seat cushion for children, comprising a seat cushion (1), air inlet holes (3), air outlet holes (4), a centrifugal fan, and a USB power interface (2), the seat cushion (1) being a hollow structure, the centrifugal fan (3) being provided within the seat cushion (1), the surface of the seat cushion (1) being provided with the air inlet holes (3) and the air outlet holes (4); the negative pressure formed when the centrifugal fan is working enables the air to pass through the air inlet holes (3) and to be suctioned into the seat cushion (1), and the high pressure formed when the centrifugal fan is working enables the air within the seat cushion to pass through the air outlet holes (4) and to be blown out, so as to achieve the effect of circulating heat dissipation; and one end of the seat cushion (1) is provided with a crotch belt perforation opening (B) or a crotch belt gap (A) for a five-point seat belt. The ventilated seat cushion for children has a favorable effect of ventilation and cooling, improving the comfort of children when sitting in a trolley or a car safety seat; the ventilated seat cushion for children can not only be used for a children trolley, but can also be used for a car safety seat for children; and providing seat belt perforation opening (B) can improve the safety of children riding in cars.
Seat having surface cover and peripheral cover with cooperative inclined piles
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a seat that makes it possible to easily connect the end of a surface cover when assembling the surface cover and to achieve a secure connection. To this end, a seat (1) is provided with inclined piles (70, 80) on the end of the surface cover (4) and at a location that faces the end of the surface cover (4) on a cushion member (2) that forms a seat section, the inclined pile (80) of the cushion member (2) is inclined in a direction that is the opposite of the direction in which a load resulting from a seated person occurs, and the inclined pile (70) of the end of the surface cover (4) is inclined in the direction in which the load resulting from a seated person occurs.
NET-LIKE STRUCTURE
A net-like structure has a three-dimensional random loop bonded structure constituted of a thermoplastic elastomer continuous linear body having a fiber size of greater than or equal to 0.1 mm and less than or equal to 3.0 mm. The net-like structure has, in the thickness direction, a solid-section fiber main region mainly including solid-section fibers, a hollow-section fiber main region mainly including hollow-section fibers, and a mixed region including solid-section fibers and hollow-section fibers in a mixed state, located between the solid-section fiber main region and the hollow-section fiber main region. Both solid-section fiber main region-side residual strain of the net-like structure and hollow-section fiber main region-side residual strain of the net-like structure are less than or equal to 20%, and the difference between the solid-section fiber main region-side residual strain and the hollow-section fiber main region-side residual strain is less than or equal to 10 points.
OCCUPANT SUPPORT DEVICE FOR A SEAT
An occupant support device (OSD) for a seat, comprises a flexible membrane having a first end and a second end. The flexible membrane is coupleable to a seat proximate the first end and the second end of the flexible membrane. The OSD further comprises at least one stiffening member for stiffening the flexible membrane. The at least one stiffening member is positionable so that the flexible membrane is generally stiffer in a longitudinal direction than in a transverse direction. A seat comprising the OSD, an array of seats comprising the OSD and an aircraft comprising the OSD are also provided.
Network structure having excellent compression durability

Cushion pad
[Problem] To provide a cushion pad that allows reducing the oppressive feeling in a thigh and the sinking of buttocks and improving the texture and the fit feeling. [Solution] In a portion positioned underneath a hip point of a seated person, an under-buttock portion is set to have a smaller force S.sub.25 during compression to 25% in a second portion including a seating surface than S.sub.25 of the first portion positioned on a bottom surface side. The thigh supporting portion is set to have smaller S.sub.25 of a portion including the seating surface than S.sub.25 of the first portion. This allows reducing the oppressive feeling in the thigh and the sinking of the buttocks and improving the texture and the fit feeling.
