A concrete transit mixer can include a cabin having four doors for people to enter and exit the cabin, and a rotatable drum for mixing and pouring concrete. The mixer can include a water tank mounted below the cabin and a fuel tank mounted below the cabin. The mixer can include four distinct sets of steps to allow people to climb up to each of the four doors to enter the cabin.

Mixing device and applicator for sealants formed by a main body and a handle (1), wherein the main body comprises a container-carrying sheath (7), a rotating cylinder (14), a gear module (11) that can be coupled to a rotor and a set of mechanisms that eject the sealant material. By actuating a trigger (2), a speed regulator (3) and a rotation selector (4) present in the handle (1) in a first action the cylinder (11) rotates in one sense mixing the material and in a second action it changes the sense of rotation and by actuating a cylinder locking system (19 and 20) present in the main body the device ejects the sealant material.

A rotating drum apparatus for the mixing and processing of materials, the rotating drum apparatus comprising: a rotating drum (12) arranged with the length of the drum and the axis of rotation of the drum extending along the horizontal; an inlet at a first point on the drum (12) for receiving materials prior to mixing and/or processing; a screw (14) within the drum (12) for mixing the materials whilst conveying them lengthwise along the drum (12), wherein the screw (14) includes a helical blade extending along the length of the drum (12) with the outer edge of the helical blade being fixed to the inner surface of the drum (12) such that material can be conveyed and mixed in separated volumes (16) between each turn of the screw blade (14); an outlet at a second point along the drum for discharge of materials after mixing and/or processing; and a plurality mixing devices (18) for promoting mixing of the material in each of the separated volumes (16) of material as the material is conveyed along the screw (14), wherein the plurality of mixing devices (18) are spaced apart along the blade of the screw (14), and wherein there is at least one mixing device (18) for each turn of the screw blade (14).

Apparatus for mixing a particulate material with a liquid in a container adapted for tumble blending, the apparatus comprising a mixing device (2) and a liquid injection nozzle (3), the mixing device including mixer elements (4) adapted to mix a particulate material by mechanical action, characterised in that the nozzle (*) is disposed to direct liquid in the direction of the mixer elements when mixing is taking place, there being means to prevent ingress of material into the nozzle.

The present invention relates to a particle manipulation method to disperse magnetic particles 70 in a liquid 35 filling up a tube container 10, wherein a circumferential direction moving step to move the magnetic particles 70 along the circumferential direction of the container 10 in the liquid 35 and in a radial direction moving step to move the magnetic particles 70 as crossing the radial direction of the container 10 in the liquid 35 are implemented repeatedly. Such manipulations can be achieved by combining rotation of the container and gravity force and magnetic field manipulations.

A stirring container and a stirring apparatus are provided. The stirring container includes a barrel and a plurality of stirring paddles. The barrel is defined with an inner surface, an outer surface, and a center axis. The first opening and a second opening are located at two ends of the center axis; and the paddles are fixed on the inner surface of the barrel and extend from the first opening to the second opening and the extending directions thereof are skewed to the center axis. The stirring apparatus includes the aforesaid stirring container, a supporting structure and a rotation module. The supporting structure connects to the outer surface of the barrel to make the barrel rotatable and covers the second opening. The rotation module connects to the outer surface to rotate the stirring container. Thereby, the stirring container and the stirring apparatus can provide better stirring results.

Mixing devices and associated methods are described herein. A mixing device configured in accordance with embodiments of the present technology can include, for example, a plate configured to rotate about a longitudinal axis and a plurality of enclosures coupled to the plate. The enclosures can each include (a) at least one sidewall that defines an oblique angle with the plate and (b) a chamber configured to receive a media and a fluid. The enclosures can be fluidly coupled to a fluid source for receiving the fluid in the chambers. When the plate is rotated, the enclosures revolve about the longitudinal axis to mix the media with the fluid in the chambers.
