A sporting equipment is disclosed. The sporting equipment may include a barrel, an action connected to a base end of the barrel, and a stock connected to the action opposite the barrel. At least two of the barrel, the action, and the stock are fabricated from a plurality of fibers.
Racquet configured with increased flexibility in multiple directions with respect to a longitudinal axis
A tennis racquet extending along a longitudinal axis and capable of being tested under a lateral bending test and a forward/rearward bending test, includes a frame having a head portion, a handle portion, and a throat portion positioned between the head and handle portions. The head portion forms a hoop that defines a string bed plane. At least the head portion and the throat portion of the racquet are formed at least in part of a fiber composite material. The throat portion includes a pair of throat elements. When the racquet is tested under the lateral bending test, the racquet has a lateral deflection of at least 6.0 mm when measured in a direction parallel to the string bed plane and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
RACKET FRAME
Provided is a racket frame on which design change can be easily performed by simple processing. The racket frame includes a head formed in a ring shape along a face. On the head, a gut groove in which a base portion for connecting grommets is to be inserted is formed in a radially outer region of the head so as to be recessed toward a radially inner side, and a deformation promotion groove is formed in the radially outer region of the head so as to be recessed toward the radially inner side.
Racquet pick up scoop for balls
A ball pick-up scoop can be attached to, or molded on, the head end of a tennis racquet. When mounted, formed, or attached the scoop protrudes roughly 80?-90? away from the face side of the racquet. While standing up straight and holding the handle of the racquet, the user slides/pivots the scoop under a ball (tennis, rubber, synthetic, etc.), which cradles the ball between the scoop's ball guides and the racquet's face to facilitate picking up the ball without ever bending over. Once the ball is cradled the user can pivot the racquet up to their opposite hand and grab the ball, or flip the ball up and hit the ball, or let it bounce and then hit the ball.

A racket includes: a grip; an annular frame; and a shaft coupling the grip and the frame together; wherein a projection is provided to an outer peripheral face on a leading end half of the frame in a predetermined range including a location of maximum curvature in a peripheral direction.
Tennis racket frame
A racket frame has an inner thick part (28) having an outer surface (12), an inner surface (14) and a pair of middle surfaces (16) each positioned between the outer surface (12) and the inner surface (14). A thickness (Ti) of the inner surface (14) is greater than a thickness (To) of the outer surface (12). A thickness of the inner thick part (28) gradually increases toward the inside. Consequently, the middle surface (16) is inclined with respect to an X direction. A distance (Ld) between an outer end and an inner end in a thickness direction of the middle surface (16) is equal to or greater than 0.5 mm.

System and method of using shear thickening materials in sports products
A sports product may include a support member and an impact region configured to impact an object. The impact region may be coupled to the support member. The sports product may also include a shear thickening material in at least one of the support member or the impact region. The shear thickening material may be configured to exhibit shear thickening behavior when an impact occurs between the impact region and the object.
