System and method for a game racquet including a grommet actuator
The present invention provides a game racquet including an integrated circuit capable of supporting a low-voltage energy current. An embodiment of the invention provides a game racquet including one or more enhancements attached or integrated on the racquet frame. These enhancements may include but are not limited to: one or more LEDs, a sound amplification device, and an electromagnetic vibration emitter. In a further embodiment, the game racquet responds electronically to ball impact on at least one of the strings, and subsequently performs and action or actions including but not limited to making a sound or sounds, triggering lights, triggering LEDs, triggering another type of automation on the racquet such as a vibration emitter within the handle. The game racquet frame comprising at least one string channel in the frame head, bridge, or other area, which houses an actuator responds mechanically to a string movement triggering electronic connection.

Methods of adjusting stiffness and flexibility in devices, apparatus and equipment
A resilient rod that provides adjustable directional resistance is disclosed. In one aspect of the invention, a resistance level may be determined based on a thickness of the rod and a position of an applied force with respect to a fulcrum point. In another aspect of the invention, at least one spine may be attached to the beam to increase a diameter of the beam along one axis. The resistance level may be determined based on the thickness of the rod, the position of the applied force and an orientation of the at least one spine with regard to the direction of the applied force. In other aspects of the invention, the resilient rods may be incorporated into a golf club that provides for adjustable resistance levels.
TENNIS RACKET
Disclosed is a tennis racket (1) including an oval frame (10) supporting a mesh (14). The little holes or all the little holes (140) of the mesh (14) are arranged between the geometric centre (C) of the frame and the apex (S) of the frame.

STRINGED SPORTS RACQUET VIBRATION DAMPENER
A stringed racquet vibration dampener made of an elastomeric, energy absorbing material having a unitary body construction. The vibration dampener has vertical and horizontal bores extending through the unitary body that fully enclose the racquet strings. The bores are sized to string gauge and spaced according to a string pattern of the racquet. The vibration dampener is permanently installed when the racquet is strung. This new approach provides improved vibration dampening and facilitates maintenance of a proper racket string spacing. The dampener will not move or slip off the racquet during play.
