Railcar bogie frame
A bogie frame includes a cross beam extending in a car width direction and including a car width direction middle portion at which a center pin arrangement space is formed. The cross beam includes a pair of pipe members extending in the car width direction and lined up so as to be located away from each other in a car longitudinal direction, and air spring seats provided at upper surfaces of car width direction end portions of the pair of pipe members. At least one of the pair of pipe members includes a curved portion at a car width direction middle portion thereof, the curved portion projecting outward in the car longitudinal direction such that a clearance between the pair of pipe members increases. The center pin arrangement space is formed between the pair of pipe members by the curved portion.
Railcar Truck Roller Bearing Adapter-Pad Systems
A railcar truck and adapter pad system for placement between a roller bearing and side frame pedestal roof of a three-piece railcar truck. Many different features of the pad and/or the adapter-pad interface are configured to improve stiffness characteristics to satisfy both curving and high speed performance of the railcar truck.

Level control system for a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle
A level control system for a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, includes at least one level control cylinder and one level control piston, the level control piston being movably guided in the level control cylinder in order to adjust the level of the rail vehicle, the level control piston having an outer piston sleeve and a piston main body at least partially accommodated in the piston sleeve, and the piston main body being slidable relative to the piston sleeve for wear readjustment and being lockable and/or fixable in at least two adjustment positions.
Rubbing plate of side bearer of railcar bogie and side bearer
A rubbing plate of a side bearer of a railcar bogie is a rubbing plate of a side bearer provided at the railcar bogie so as to slidably contact a slide member arranged above or under the side bearer. The rubbing plate includes a recess-projection provided on an opposing surface of the rubbing plate, the opposing surface being opposed to a sliding surface of the slide member.
SIDE BEARING
A side bearing for freight bogies of railway transport comprising a base, a plate, a cap, and a resilient element. The base has an annular protruding element, a centering protruding element, and two lateral protruding elements. The lateral protruding elements have J-shaped recesses. The plate has an annular protruding element with lugs, and an aperture for receiving the cap. The cap has an annular protruding element and a centering protruding element. A central opening is provided in the body of the resilient element for positioning on the protruding elements of the base and cap. The annular protruding element of the plate is telescopically mounted inside the annular protruding element of the base, and the cap is mounted inside the aperture of the plate. The lugs of the annular protruding element snap into the J-shaped recesses of the lateral protruding elements.
Rail car side bearing
In one aspect of the present disclosure, a side bearing is provided for supporting a body of a rail car. The side bearing includes a base for being mounted to a truck of the rail car, a support configured to contact the body of the rail car and move along a vertical axis relative to the base with movement of the body, and at least one resilient foam member configured to deform with movement of the support. The side bearing further includes at least one friction damping member configured to be urged in a direction transverse to the vertical axis against the base by the support and resist movement of the support relative to the base.
