Bow stabilizers
11353280 · 2022-06-07 · ·

Aspects of the present disclosure deal with bow stabilizers mounted or mountable on an archery bow. The stabilizer incorporates a hollow housing with a proximal end and a distal end. Mounted to the distal end of the housing is a coupling formed of elastic vibration damping material. The coupling includes an outer wall section extending within the housing and a cylinder spaced inward from the outer wall section. Extending between the outer wall section and the cylinder are one or more flexible connectors. The cylinder supports a shaft with an inner weight mounted to a first end and spaced inward from the housing. The shaft and inner weight are arranged in a floating arrangement where oscillation of the shaft and inner weight does not impact the housing.

Bow accessory coupler and method

In some embodiments, a limb cup comprises a body and a vibration damper. The body comprises a first limb cavity and a damper housing. The damper housing comprises an aperture. The vibration damper comprises a resilient member and a weight. The first limb cavity is arranged to receive an archery bow limb. The resilient member is oriented in the aperture and supported by the damper housing. The weight is supported by the resilient member.

Inertial dampener riser for an archery bow
11022399 · 2021-06-01 ·

The present invention is directed to an inertial dampener for archery bows. The inertial dampener has a plurality of inertial pads disposed around a grip shaft and a plate contained within a riser beam and cavity therein. The plate is surrounded by inertial pads on both the posterior and anterior sides, so as to absorb longitudinal shock forces following release of the bow string. The shaft is surrounded by an inertia sleeve pad so as to absorb lateral and vertical forces following release of the bow string.

Vibration dampener for archery bow
11002504 · 2021-05-11 · ·

A vibration dampener for an archery bow is formed as an elastomeric member having an outer surface containing a plurality of spaced grooves which define ribs there between. Each groove has a constant depth, but the grooves toward the ends of the member are not as deep as the grooves progressing toward the center of the member. The ribs may contain spaced and aligned depressions which cooperate with the grooves to absorb vibrations from the bow in three dimensions during execution of an archery shot. Inserts are provided in each end of the dampener to stabilize the ends and to facilitate connection of the dampener with a bow stabilizer and weights.

Double lock connector
10921087 · 2021-02-16 · ·

A double locking connector includes a base having a tapered end portion and a fitting having a chamber configured to receive the tapered end portion. Two independent locking assemblies are provided to connect the fitting with the base tapered portion to provide a secure connection. The first locking assembly includes a screw which passes through an opening in the fitting for connection with a threaded opening in the tapered portion. The second locking assembly includes a locking pin arranged in a channel in the fitting and a screw which is operable to draw the locking pin against a portion of the tapered portion. The tapered portion preferably includes three symmetrical contact surfaces which engage an inner surface of the fitting chamber to evenly distribute clamping forces from the fitting onto the tapered portion when the first locking assembly is operated.
