RAILWAY TRUCK WITH ELASTOMERIC SUSPENSION
A railway freight car truck is provided with an elastomeric suspension device between the bolster end and the sideframe spring support surface. The elastomeric device is usually of an elongated oval shape. The elastomeric device takes the place of one or more rows of coil springs that comprise the suspension resting on the sideframe support surface. The freight car truck bolster is supported on the coil springs under empty car conditions and both the coil springs and the elastomeric device under fully loaded car conditions.

A bogie for a train vehicle includes two side frames, each side frame including two axle openings, each axle opening disposed on a corresponding end of the respective side frame, each side frame further forming a central slot disposed between the two axle openings; two wheelsets, each wheelset including an axle passing through two opposing axle openings between the two side frames; and a central beam having two ends, each end being slidably disposed within a corresponding central slot such that the central beam is disposed generally parallel to the axles of the two wheelsets and is slidable towards or away either of the two wheelsets.

Rail vehicle having tilting technology
A rail vehicle having tilting technology includes a car body supported on at least two chassis. At least one of the chassis is connected to the car body by an active tilting technology system and at least one additional chassis is connected to the car body by a passive tilting technology system. The tilt of the car body is applied exclusively by the active tilting technology system. Thus, uncontrolled twisting and loading of the car body is avoided.
