The barrier wall pattern includes openings and a barrier wall surrounding the openings, the openings are configured to define light regions; and the light-emitting units are distributed in the light regions. The backlight structure includes a central region and an edge region, each light region is provided with at least three light-emitting units, centers of M light-emitting units, closest to vertex angles of the light region are sequentially connected to form an M-sided polygon, and a distance between a center of the M-sided polygon and a center of the light region is less than 10% of a pitch of the light region, and an included angle between each of the first direction and the second direction and each side of the M-sided polygon is greater than 0 degrees.

A display device may include: a substrate including a display area including a pixel area, and a non-display area including a pad area and located at at least one side of the display area; a pixel in the pixel area, the pixel including an emission area in which at least one light emitting element is located, and a non-emission area adjacent to the emission area; a pad in the pad area, the pad being electrically connected to the pixel; a first layer on the light emitting element at the pixel area; and a second layer in the pixel area and the pad area, the second layer including a pad opening formed exposing at least a portion of the pad. The first layer may include an organic layer including a hollow particle. The first layer may be spaced from the pad opening and covered with the second layer.

A producing method for a light-emitting device including a black matrix in at least a part of peripheries of light-emitting elements on a wiring substrate includes: a step of allowing a black transfer film with a black transfer layer formed on one side of a light-transmitting base material to face, from the black transfer layer side, the substrate before the light-emitting elements are disposed; a step of applying laser light to the black transfer film from the base material side, transferring pieces of the black transfer layer to positions on the substrate of the light-emitting elements; and a step of disposing and mounting the light-emitting elements on the pieces of the black transfer layer that have been transferred to the substrate, deforming the black transfer layer to form a black matrix in at least a part of the peripheries of the light-emitting elements and connecting the elements to the substrate.

At least one of the drain electrode of the (1-2)-th transistor or the first data connection electrode is cut, the second data connection electrode is cut, and the second data connection electrode and the first data line are connected to each other.

A method of fabricating a display device includes: providing a substrate; forming an electrode layer on the substrate; bonding a light emitting element to the electrode layer; forming a light blocking layer to cover at least a portion of the light emitting element; ashing the light blocking layer; and forming a color filter on the light emitting element.
