High-intensity, telescoping light tower with safety features
A mobile lighting device is disclosed with extendable boom sections. The boom sections are stored in a horizontal position and then pivot to a vertical position before being extended upward. A light section is positioned at the uppermost end of the last extendable boom section. A variety of safety features are also disclosed.
Stand light
A stand light includes an elongate body defining a longitudinal axis, a collar coupled to the elongate body for movement along the elongate body between a first position and a second position, and a plurality of legs coupled to the collar, the plurality of legs being collapsed against the elongate body when the collar is in the first position and being expanded apart from the elongate body when the collar is in the second position. The stand light also includes a head assembly coupled to an end of the elongate body. The head assembly includes a hub and a plurality of light heads. The hub is pivotably coupled to the end of the elongate body to pivot about a first pivot axis. Each of the plurality of light heads is pivotably coupled to the hub to pivot about a second pivot axis.
Remote light adjustment apparatus for audio-visual applications
An apparatus for remotely controlling mobile and field deployed audio-visual lighting equipment includes a main body coupled to a light fixture and configured to be secured to an external structure. The main body includes a panning motor for pan control of the light fixture relative to the external structure. The main body further includes a telescopic arm coupled to the light fixture for tilt control of the light fixture. The apparatus further comprising a remote body couplable to the light fixture for spot control of the lighting in the light fixture, and a hand control unit for remotely operating both the main body and the remote body.
Waterfront light
The inventive illumination device includes a light assembly frame having a first longitudinal extending wall, a second longitudinal extending wall, a first upper beam, a first lower beam, a first wall end, a second upper beam, a second wall end, and a second lower beam providing an open top and an open bottom. A first end cap having a first rectangular shaped insert is disposed in the first wall end. A second end cap having a second rectangular shaped insert is disposed in the second wall end. A removable light assembly is positioned in the open top. The light assembly frame may be releasably engaged to a variety of supplemental support components proximate to a body of water.
Portable area light
An area light includes a base module, a mast assembly extending upward from the base module, a light assembly coupled to the mast assembly and configured to emit light, and a leg assembly coupled to the base module for movement between a stowed position and a deployed position. The leg assembly includes a track coupled to the base module, a leg beam extending between a first beam end and a second beam end, the first beam end being mounted to the track for translation along the track and rotation with respect to the track, and an adjustment mechanism for translating the leg beam with respect to the track after the leg assembly is in the deployed position.
Area light
An area light is provided including a housing defining a central axis having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a side portion; a cover mounted on the first end of the housing; a light module disposed on the first end of the housing, the light module comprising a heat sink and at least one light-emitting diode (LED) to emit light through the cover and in a direction that extends 360 degrees around the center axis; and a battery receptacle disposed on the side portion of the housing to receive a removable battery pack and supply electric power form the removable battery pack to the at least one LED. At least one hook is provided on or adjacent the first end of the housing.
LIGHT FIXTURE WITH LIQUID DETECTION
The application relates to a light fixture comprising a compartment housing at least one light source configured to emit light in a main light emission direction. A lens is provided movably arranged relative to the light source in direction of the main light emission direction, and an electric motor configured to move the lens relative to the light source in direction of the main light emission direction. A control unit determines a current used by the electric motor to move the lens in the main light emission direction, wherein the control unit is configured to detect a presence of a liquid on the lens based on the determined current.
Electrical landscape fixture with multi-directional LED module lighting
A landscape lighting fixture has elongated wiring and a sealed self-contained waterproof LED module unit. This module unit has an LED lighting element with a plurality of up firing LED lights for providing illumination in a lateral, an upward, and a vertical direction and a plurality of outward firing LED lights for providing illumination horizontal direction. An integrated lens is located over the lighting element and a lens filter is located over the lens. A rubber grommet is provided to allow the LED module unit to be press-fitted into openings, in certain applications.
Housing for light fixture
An in-grade light assembly can include an inner housing assembly, an outer housing, and a collar. The collar is movable between an unlocked configuration and a locked configured so as to prevent rotation and translation of the inner housing assembly relative to the outer housing.
Crown deck lighting system
A system that can include a crown deck with a handrail positioned along an outer perimeter, a support structure mounted to the crown deck, where the support structure can horizontal supports rigidly attached to vertical supports, the horizontal supports being supported at a vertical elevation above the crown deck by the vertical supports, which are welded to a top surface of the crown deck, with light fixture assemblies mounted to the horizontal supports, with each one of the light fixture assemblies being rotatable, relative to the horizontal supports, between a stowed position and a deployed position, where the stowed position locates a respective one of the light fixture assemblies radially spaced away from the outer perimeter of the crown deck and toward a center of the crown deck.
