Provided is a display panel, including: a base substrate including at least one side region and a display region; pixel units in the display region; a terminal located in the side region on the base substrate; a first wire on the base substrate, having one end electrically connected to the terminal and the other end electrically connected to a pixel driving circuit; a second wire on the base substrate, having one end electrically connected to the terminal, the second wire extends in a direction from the terminal to a side edge of the base substrate. The display panel includes a first conductive layer, a first planarization layer, a second conductive layer and a second planarization layer sequentially provided on the base substrate. An orthographic projection of the terminal on the base substrate is spaced apart from orthographic projections of the first and second planarization layers on the base substrate.

DISPLAY DEVICE

The display device can include a substrate, an uneven layer on the substrate, an insulating layer on the uneven layer, and a plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices on the insulating layer. The semiconductor light emitting device can include one of a lateral-type semiconductor light emitting device and a flip-chip type semiconductor light emitting device. The upper surface of the uneven layer has roughness, and the size of the uneven layer is greater than the size of the semiconductor light emitting device.

The embodiment can secure uniform light intensity according to the color viewing angle. In the embodiment, since irregularities are not formed on the lower side of the semiconductor light emitting device, poor adhesion between the semiconductor light emitting device and the substrate can be prevented, reliability can be increased by preventing transfer defect detection errors due to irregularities, and transfer defects can be prevented.

An oxide semiconductor thin-film transistor array substrate and a stretchable display device including the same are provided. The stretchable display device can include a substrate having a pixel area and a stretchable area, an insulating member disposed over the substrate in the pixel area and including a first open area exposing the stretchable area, and a thin-film transistor disposed over an area including a side surface of the insulating member exposed by the first open area. Accordingly, the area occupied by the thin-film transistor can be reduced, thereby the size of the pixel area can be reduced and resolution can be improved.

An oxide semiconductor thin-film transistor array substrate and a stretchable display device including the same are provided. The stretchable display device can include a substrate having a pixel area and a stretchable area, an insulating member disposed over the substrate in the pixel area and including a first open area exposing the stretchable area, and a thin-film transistor disposed over an area including a side surface of the insulating member exposed by the first open area. Accordingly, the area occupied by the thin-film transistor can be reduced, thereby the size of the pixel area can be reduced and resolution can be improved.

The display panel may further include an array of pixel driver chips, a redistribution layer (RDL) over the array of pixel driver chips, and an array of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) mounted on the RDL within the display area, where the RDL includes a metal seal ring in the border region.
