The color filter layer is disposed between the light emitting units and the second substrate. The color filter layer includes a black matrix, a first color resist, and a second color resist. The black matrix is disposed on the first color resist. One portion of the black matrix is disposed between the first color resist and the second color resist. The display panel provided in the disclosure is capable of reducing the reflectivity of external light or enhancing visual perception.

Each of the lens units includes a color blocking layer configured to absorb light in ambient light that is different in color from light emitted from a corresponding light-emitting device. The lens unit has a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the receiving layer.
