A display device includes a circuit substrate, a blocker, a first and second pad located on the circuit substrate, a light-emitting element, and a first and second connecting portion. The blocker is located on the circuit substrate, and has an opposite first and second side and an opposite third and fourth side. The first pad is adjacent to the first side of the blocker. The second pad is adjacent to the second side of the blocker. The light-emitting element is located on the blocker and the first and second pads, and includes a first and second electrode. The first connecting portion is connected to the first electrode and the first pad. The second connecting portion is connected to the second electrode and the second pad. The third and fourth sides of the blocker are aligned with a side of each of the first and second connecting portions.

A surface radiator includes a light-emitting semiconductor component and a housing body. The housing body has a cooling channel forming part of a fluid path from an inlet opening to a return opening. A transparent emission window overlies the light-emitting semiconductor component. The housing body provides an attachment surface spaced apart from the emission window for the light-emitting semiconductor component. The arrangement of the emission window on the housing body is formed in a fluid-tight manner. The housing body, the semiconductor component and the emission window delimit an emission chamber. The fluid path is defined by a first cooling channel, which extends from the inlet opening through the housing body to an orifice opening, the emission chamber, and a second cooling channel, which extends from the discharge opening through the housing body to the return opening. The coolant is an electrically insulating liquid, which is transparent for the incident radiation.

An electronic device includes a substrate, a circuit layer, and a semiconductor chip. The circuit layer is disposed on the substrate. The semiconductor chip is disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the circuit layer. The semiconductor chip includes a semiconductor die, a filling layer, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a reflective layer. The semiconductor die includes a first type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second type semiconductor layer stacked in sequence. The filling layer surrounds the semiconductor die and includes a light conversion material. The first electrode is disposed on a first side of the semiconductor die and electrically connected to the first type semiconductor layer. The second electrode is disposed on a second side of the semiconductor die and electrically connected to the second type semiconductor layer.

A display device includes a first substrate, a light-emitting unit disposed on the first substrate, an intermediate layer on the light-emitting unit, and a color filter layer on the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer has a first refractive index n1, the color filter layer has a second refractive index n2, and the first refractive index n1 is less than the second refractive index n2.

The display device includes a first flexible substrate, a second flexible substrate, a display unit, a color conversion layer, a support layer, a first adhesive layer, a protective layer and a second adhesive layer. The color conversion layer is disposed between the second flexible substrate and the display unit. The support layer is disposed under the first flexible substrate. The second adhesive layer is disposed between the second flexible substrate and the protective layer.

An integrated circuit package includes a substrate having a first surface and a second surface. An electronic integrated circuit chip has a first surface and a second surface, with the second surface mounted on the first surface of the substrate. A preformed glass cover is assembled on the first surface of the substrate and arranged to contain the electronic integrated circuit chip.

Each of the second pad regions includes a plurality of second pads including ground pads and output pads. The plurality of common voltage signal lines are arranged along a first direction and extend along a second direction. The common voltage signal line travels through the first unit and the second pad region. Each of the plurality of common voltage signal lines includes a plurality of first portions and a plurality of second portions. The first portions and the second portions are connected successively in the second direction.

The disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a display substrate and a lens structure. The display substrate includes a plurality of light-emitting devices and a receiving layer located on light-emitting sides of the light-emitting devices. The lens structure is located on the receiving layer and includes a plurality of lens units, and the lens units are arranged in correspondence with the light-emitting devices. Each of the lens units includes a color blocking layer configured to absorb light in ambient light that is different in color from light emitted from a corresponding light-emitting device. The lens unit has a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the receiving layer.
MICRO LED DISPLAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A display, in a micro light-emitting diode (LED) display, is provided. The display includes a barrier rib forming a pixel area, a micro LED disposed in the pixel area, a light-blocking portion defining an open area of the pixel area, a quantum dot color converter layer formed in the pixel area, and a color filter layer disposed to correspond to the quantum dot color converter layer, wherein an area of the pixel area is formed larger than an area of the open area, and wherein a first gap between pixel areas adjacent in a first direction is formed narrower than a second gap between pixels adjacent in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction.
